Always wash blood off with cold water. Salt can help if it's a tough stain. Never use hot water or wash immediately in the washing machine as that will 'set' the stain and make life much harder. Most of the time running it under cold water will remove most of it straight away x
Yo, I used to work in a mortuary for over twenty years. Hydro peroxide doesn't work a hundred percent and the amount it takes to clean up a lot will eat your skin up. I've been impressed with the results of Oxi-clean Max force. It seems to get rid of blood without leaving that hint of brown and without eating my skin up.

This! I also always handwash and scrub the fabric from the opposite side from which the stain occurred until it's gone then wash normally. Works every time.
Cold water, hydrogen peroxide and baking soda mix. Let sit dab off with a wash cloth! Then use enzyme cleaner with ur laundry detergent. Ik I’m late but this works really well
so tbh hot water is better for cleaning blood. cold causes the blood to congeal and it’s harder to wash it out. rinse with hot water before treating with any cleansing agents and then wash as normal (cold if preferred).
I use Fels Naptha something my mom and grandma taught me. You can get it from spanish grocery stores typically That’ll get any blood stain out it’s saved me from period stains

As a corpsman who was back in long enough to have worn whites, have a period, and do phlebotomy- hydrogen peroxide 100%
Hydrogen peroxide. It has saved quite a number of sheets and my duvet.
The key is *cold* water.

Hydrogen peroxide works wonders!!
Cold water and dawn. Usually works but then if it doesn’t I’ll use shout before i throw it in the wash
Cold water and soap (and a little scrubbing) has always worked for me.
The spit and lots of it from the person whose blood is on them. Our own spit breaks down/removes our own blood.
Hydrogen peroxide!
Peroxide and cold water. Hot water will set in any protein stain.
Cold water, Dawn (or really any decent dishwashing detergent), and white vinegar. OR, more blood… so it looks intentional and “artsy” 😑
Hydrogen peroxide and some Shout
Hydrogen peroxide
Put it in a spray bottle and spray it on your sheets, let sit about a min or two and then throw them in a cold wash with detergent.
Peroxide.
Spit. Genuinely works.
Hydrogen peroxide

Wasteful.
H202 can do it, but may bleach the fabric. If it’s fresh- soap and water will do fine. Salt water is effective without the risk of bleaching
Peroxide
Cold water.
Dry laundry soap and water to a paste, let it sit on the blood/stain for atleast 24 hrs wash as normal and BOOM gone

Cold water gets blood out. Warm water gets the proteins to set the stain.

Peroxide!!
If it's your own blood, your spit will break it down
I second the spit! Peroxide works well enough, but spit is nature's 409, git after it! ... I hope she doesn't need a lot though. 🫢
