I’m pretty sure there are simpler egg moulds you can get to make poached eggs. She’s chosen the single most ridiculous method. Probably put as much effort into this find than she did when making her fucking ‘biryani.’
Honestly I love cooking but I can't poach an egg so I've got little cups to put them in and it works wonderfully. Slapping an egg in a bag like it's the old boil in a bag fish meals you used to get seems weird at best
