Zero. The whole point of purchasing a third party prep provider is that they’ve already taken the notes for you. Taking notes on top of that is redundant. Sure notes to help remember things here and there are fine but full on reading notes are not the way to go. Mark Meldrum has a good video explaining what your process should be: https://youtu.be/6pVfMjeBPq0

I posted this right after watching that video lol.

Ask-Why-2023

I felt like I wasted time writing additional notes within the slides that were provided in the MM package, but they also helped me understand the videos. Should I have just zoomed through each lecture, and then take notes after taking practice problems and mocks?

I take all my notes myself. I think the point of taking notes is being able to see what are the key points. Also, you can customize your notes that is suitable for you such taking notes with less detail of a topic that you are an experts in and vice versa. I also watched Wiley videos for level 1, I would say my ratio is taking notes/watching is 50:50 However, I switched my method to reading Wiley text below the videos because I feel like the videos leave out a lot of details sometimes and there is this one lecturer that just read the slides which is very boring.
