What level?

-NotJenny

Sorry i did not mention it, Level 1 sir

Electrical-Role1270

I would not personally start taking mocks more than 6 weeks before the exam.

-NotJenny

So what to do before the last 6 weeks

MomsYourUncle

I'm writing on the 16th and I did my first mock two days ago lol - it came in where I was expecting (at or higher than average for areas I studied, and far below average for areas that I didn't get to yet, like derivatives, alternative investments and portfolio mgmt). I think if you begin doing mocks two weeks out unlike me (one week out), you'll save yourself alot of stress, as you can use the two weeks to refine points you're weaker at

-NotJenny

So i should not do my mocks before my exam by a month or two, even tho if i finished the curriculums

MomsYourUncle

i mean, if you have an abundance of mocks (CFAI, MM, and UWorkd (free trial)), you could probably do one soon and space it out

Fair enough šŸ‘šŸ»

For level 1 I think 4 weeks is fine Iā€™d say, for l2&3 8, if possible.

I would go through the curriculum, do the blue boxes and end of chapter questions , then revise(perhaps a second read through) , then do the cfai online practice questions , then do mocks . But that's just me .

Same boat. Will finish the syllabus by the end of this month. Hoping for someone to comment on the progress. Am I too far behind?
