It's funny how you would see comments from people saying they thought it was a limited series and they were disappointed that it didn't wrap up the storyline in the finale, yet Dark Matter doesn't really need a second season and people are wanting it to continue.
The author of the book and show runner of the series, Blake C. took serious liberties changing lots of things and points of view on the TV show. He said that they have lots of new ideas in the background to support more seasons. We don't really need more since the main storyline is "over" but it would be great having more. Costellation was great and it would be great having more also.
I really liked Constellation and loved seeing Jonathan Banks (I'm a big Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul fan) but I don't really see how there's any more story to tell without coming up with some completely new storyline. Then it really would t be the same show.
Agree. Absolutely loved this show. It was a fantastic mystery and had great potential. Best show I've seen in years and loved it took multiple viewings of each episode with notes galore to figure it out. Huge let down that they cancelled it.
Nah. Again. That finale legitimately made me angry because not only was it shit, but it was deceptive to its audience.
The writers hid the fact they had no idea where the show was going all season long. Made it feel like it was tightly written. Then finally had to show their hands and boom, it was all a fucking mess. Pig with lipstick.
it was a dragged out snooze fest for a couple of episodes. COuld have been 2 episodes shorter, on the other hand, really need a 2nd season to wrap up a few arcs.
More reason why the first season should have told a complete story imo. It was the type of show I was sure wouldn't get a second season, so I wasn't expecting it to be open-ended in the way it was.
No. Show was annoying and characters would shift dimensions when the plot called for it. Dark Matter was way better, with more established rules and characters not behaving so stupidly
...meh...don't need my time wasted by writers who don't know what story they are trying to tell, or simply don't know how to tell a story...
...same reason I bailed on LOST mid-S2

I loved constellation I like dark matter We should’ve got to keep both
Yeah this shown deserves a second season
It was the one show that I recommended to everyone. Poor thing barely had a chance to get off the ground. I need answers!
i'm sick to death of stupid cancellations made by networks with literal NON-reasons given.

Nah… Constellation was a massive cliche festival with lots of odd writing. I’m glad it did not get a second season.

This was an example of a complete waste of time… glad it’s cancelled so no one else has to watch this shit
It was terrible

If you don’t like the show, then why are you in this sub?
To confirm that the people who pulled the plug were SPOT ON.
