There isnt really a cookie i WANT other than stardust for collection purposes but you can't get him from there so I guess treasures is the next best thing
Until you get the “important” treasures to lvl 12, you should be spending those on treasures. That is because there isn’t any other way to upgrade your treasures (other than the 3 from the guild gacha).
If your treasures are maxed out, then use them for soul stones of the epics that are good for arena/ guild battles.
Everything else is pretty low value
