I think it will be a unanimous vote for bio broly as least favorite.
My favorite is actually garlic. I think as a villain he has the most personality and some interesting a relevant lore. Like because of me thinking garlic Jr was cannon, I created this head cannon that made sense:
While garlic looks namekian, he Is missing a key feature - the antennae. This to me is why everyone was convinced piccolo Daimao was a demon, and likely led to Daimao creating other demons instead of other namekians. If you look at his henchmen, none of them have antennae.
Dabura I think is called the king of the demon realm,which means there are actual demons in dbz, and they all probably mistook Daimao as one as well but he was just different than all other demons which is what earned him the title of demon King among demons on earth.
Then there's whole lore about kami and how he had to compete for the god throne.... I just think it's all great stuff.
So yea garlic is my favorite because along with him come some interesting ideas on the db lore.
Doesn't mean Beerus doesn't enjoy destroying people and if it were just a job and nothing more then Beerus wouldn't let his feelings get involved, which he does a lot. I don't think Whis or whoever assigned Beerus told him to destroy planets over food or pillows. Beerus may not be a full on villain but he is not that far off
I really liked the Super Android 13 one tho . But least must be Bio Broly because I cannot even remember it anymore but every other one I do and this must say something
Z Broly is my both favourite and hated. He's the literal embodiment of Hell on Earth in Budokai Tenkaichi 2 which took my 9 years old me 3 hours to finish the movie substory
Favourite: Android 13, because adds to the androids lore and I like the design. I could have said bills, golden freezer or canon broly but these are not movie villains, they are canon villains that appeared in a movie and because of that they had more development in manga and anime, so I feel that wouldn't be fair to compare them with movie villains
Least favourite: cell max because is a stupid color swap of a weak villain.
I’m a HUGE Broly Stan (all version tbh, yes even Bio) but I’m gonna give best movie antagonist to Janemba. He just looks soo cool that the animation in that movie was GLORIOUS. Okay Beerus isn’t a villain. He’s the antagonist, but not a villain. He’s just a lazy god doing his job. Super Broly is actually the main character of his movie. Technically EVERYONE ELSE are the antagonists aside from Cheelai and Lemo.
Now, my favourite would definitely be Janemba in terms of powers and design, but in actual personality, I’d definitely say Cooler
My least favourite would be 13 and Bio, I just don’t find 13 very interesting even with his hilarious accent, and Bio… I mean come on guys.

Favorite: Meta-Cooler
- The whole thing was like Space Terminator and it was the first time I thought Goku and Vegeta were legitimately cooked.
Least: Bio-Broly
- This might be a hot take, but I thought this movie minimized how strong Broly was originally. I understand he was written to be weaker, given the circumstance, but dude could’ve just as easily been even more of a menace if he was let loose into the city.
A biological mutation such as that should’ve ramped that shit up to insane levels.

Beerus and Super Broly not exactly villains - not considered in my ranking. That leaves Frieza for favorite, Cell Max for least favorite, and bio-broly isn't real, my therapist said so.
Janemba was the best. No agenda, no lines, OP space disrupting powers. Just pure unadulterated chaos. Oh yeah, Bio-Broly sucked ass and just further exposed how weak Gohan got

Cellmax was just Broly wearing the skin of semiperfect cell without dialogue and nothing interesting going for him. "HE'S GETTING STRONGER AS TIME GOES BY 🤯" If anything the real villain of the movie was the terrifying capabilities of the RR Army to create such a thing.
Favorite: Janemba - The whole personification of negative energy and screwing with the foundations of Other World, was pretty cool. In my opinion.
Least Favorite - Bio Broly. I mean, why. The only positive was that glimpse of his glorious backside. 🖤

TBH a lot of the early movies I love the villains. The early movies pre-super saiyan just hit different. I just watched Dead Zone the other day and I love how feared Piccolo is. I also love the Roshi fight in Worlds Strongest.

Favorite is probably Janemba? IDK, was refreshing to have a "force of nature" vs just malicious evil strong guy (I'd finished the Buu Saga long before seeing this movie)
Least favorite: Probably either Bio-Broly (Seriously, they didn't need to make a THIRD movie of this iteration of Broly!) or Cell Max (yes, I know what I said about force of nature... but this was just underwhelming)

Least favourite: the Broly (Not the orignial) from the seconde Oav 10, he is completly massacred after bio broly
Least has to be Bio Broly. However favorite is harder especially if you take out the one's that are in the anime series like beeros and freeza. My top three would be Cooler, Broly, and Garlic Jr. That is if you also put all version as one except Bio.
Fav is Dr. Wheelo, now I know what you're thinking. But honestly he had a vendetta and had quite an interesting role. He wasn't some one off goku look alike. A retelling of Dragonball (Lord Slug) and while cooler and broly and such are amazing, I like that Dr. Wheelo feels grounded, he seems evil enough but the fact that he wants to steal someone's powerful body and continue his work. Imagine if he succeeded the world would be screwed.

Bio Broly was just milking Broly and his name is what drew fans to it otherwise, movie sucked D. Cell max was just....wow....basically just cell saga again. Gohan gets a huge powerup beats Cell....again. Hoping they make some bangers after Super Hero.

• He’s a deity that introduced an entirely new power level in the series.
• He’s funny but can get extremely serious at the snap of a finger when the situation calls for it. (i.e when he almost killed goku just for joking around before teleporting to the omni king)
• He’s a motivating factor/goal for goku and vegeta to get stronger
• And has a move that can COMPLETELY WIPE YOU FROM THE FABRIC OF EXISTENCE!!!!!!

Cooler and broly because of how unique they are and how their backstory links into the dbz story really well.
Leas fave? Cell Max and Bio Broly simply because it turned 2 villians that were cool and full of potential into giants that just scream loudly. Their design is cool, but that's it.
My favorite is probably the Crane Hermit in the third film of the original series (one of my absolute favorites). And since I'm a fan of Red Ribbon, I also liked their new version in Super Hero.
If we're talking about antagonists from the Z films, then Broly in his first film (not the second, which I hate). He's a mix between a Universal classic monster and a sadistic psychopathic bastard.
(I would also say Beerus, but I like him more as an annoyed ally/mentor than as an adversary)
The worst for me is Frieza in Ressurection of F. It seems like a cliché of all the things that the anime didn't understand about the character (like the fact that he kills his subordinates for no reason), it adds nothing to the character and only gives him a useless fight. Frankly if they hadn't made the movie and shown Frieza at the tournament of power again (with the excuse of Whis saying "uh, I sense a great force coming from the underworld, Frieza has been mentally training himself for all these years of captivity) it would have been Better.
My favorite would have to be Beerus. I love his laid back disposition. One of the most unique characters in Dragon Ball.
Least favorite definitely goes to Bio-Broly. Can anyone disagree - he looks like a Scooby Doo villain 🤣🤣

I’d say my favorite is Pump Daddy C, while least favorite is Bio Billy, though Cell Max isn’t far behind him.

My favourite is Garlic Jr. because he's awesome and he did sometimes vegita and friza couldn't and became imortal
Favs are Tullece, Janemba, Cooler, and that one from the OVA that is an experiment. Least Bio-Broly, and that Kaiju one, forget the name of it.
Besides bio broly, I couldn't stand turles Slug was really cool though

Least has to be Bio Broly. However favorite is harder especially if you take out the one's that are in the anime series like beeros and freeza. My top three would be Cooler, Broly, and Garlic Jr. That is if you also put all version as one except Bio.

Fav is Dr. Wheelo, now I know what you're thinking. But honestly he had a vendetta and had quite an interesting role. He wasn't some one off goku look alike. A retelling of Dragonball (Lord Slug) and while cooler and broly and such are amazing, I like that Dr. Wheelo feels grounded, he seems evil enough but the fact that he wants to steal someone's powerful body and continue his work. Imagine if he succeeded the world would be screwed. Oof between Cell Max and Bio-Broly for me for least fav Bio Broly was just milking Broly and his name is what drew fans to it otherwise, movie sucked D. Cell max was just....wow....basically just cell saga again. Gohan gets a huge powerup beats Cell....again. Hoping they make some bangers after Super Hero.
Favorite is OG Broly because he's what got me started on Dragon Ball. Saw that movie and said "yeah ok I'm starting from the very beginning."

Cooler and broly because of how unique they are and how their backstory links into the dbz story really well. Leas fave? Cell Max and Bio Broly simply because it turned 2 villians that were cool and full of potential into giants that just scream loudly. Their design is cool, but that's it.

My favorite is probably the Crane Hermit in the third film of the original series (one of my absolute favorites). And since I'm a fan of Red Ribbon, I also liked their new version in Super Hero. If we're talking about antagonists from the Z films, then Broly in his first film (not the second, which I hate). He's a mix between a Universal classic monster and a sadistic psychopathic bastard. (I would also say Beerus, but I like him more as an annoyed ally/mentor than as an adversary) The worst for me is Frieza in Ressurection of F. It seems like a cliché of all the things that the anime didn't understand about the character (like the fact that he kills his subordinates for no reason), it adds nothing to the character and only gives him a useless fight. Frankly if they hadn't made the movie and shown Frieza at the tournament of power again (with the excuse of Whis saying "uh, I sense a great force coming from the underworld, Frieza has been mentally training himself for all these years of captivity) it would have been Better.

My favorite would have to be Beerus. I love his laid back disposition. One of the most unique characters in Dragon Ball. Least favorite definitely goes to Bio-Broly. Can anyone disagree - he looks like a Scooby Doo villain 🤣🤣
