The form is perfect for me. Like others said, I might just change the name to Saiyan God to have SSB be Super Saiyan God.
Not sure why some dislike the ritual when it was intentionally supposed to be annoying for even Goku himself.
The dislike is because it conveniently requires what they had for a "new transformation".
Like if Krillin needed a boost and they learn at that moment humans can achieve a new form if a dad has a blonde daughter from a part android human.

And how tf were they gonna get Tarble there? Lmfao. They’d have to summon Shenron again to wish him there. And if I remember correctly, Shenron disappeared after he explained the Super Saiyan God ritual. And Beerus sure as shit wouldn’t have waited around for them to all go around collecting the dragon balls again
Nah they wouldn’t have needed him to go super at all. Like you said, Pan isn’t a Super Saiyan and she’s only a quarter Saiyan. Tarble is 100% pure blooded Saiyan.
I get you, but if they were able to literally use an unborn quarter Saiyan baby. Then they definitely could’ve used Tarble instead. Hell, they could’ve used the Dragon Balls to bring Raditz or Nappa back to life and just physically forced them to do the ritual or else they’d kill them lol. They’re so far beyond the strength those two had at this point.
I'd just have SSG be the strongest form for a little longer than it was, and Blue be introduced later.
I don't have any issues with the 5 pure hearts thing. I like the idea of Goku being the reason they have 5 pure hearts in the first place, as every Saiyan who exists is only there because of him (Vegeta being turned good because of him, and both of their descendants.)
I do wish we could've seen Future Trunks get God in Goku Black, since his design with it in Heroes is awesome and I think it's one of the coolest designs in the series.
I never understood why Goku/Vegeta never took the time to have the god ritual performed on Trunks and get him acclimated to the power before traveling back to the future timeline in the Black arc. Just seems like a no-brainer thing to do. Would make more sense than having him spontaneously achieve half blue (or whatever that was).
Change it to Sayain God, and make it the main form up until the U6 tournament, Blue (how called Super Sayain God) taking the place to Blueoken, and Blueoken being moved to some point in the Goku black or ToP sagas.
I don’t really understand why some people don’t like the 5 Sayains thing. I think it works perfectly, like a in-universe display of the power of friendship.
Definitely agree with the name changes since SSJG is really just base form infused with God Ki and SSJGSSJ is SSJ infused with God Ki
And I also agree with keeping SSJG relevant for a lot longer than just the first arc in Super. However, I would have much preferred seeing SSJGSSJ unlocked during the Goku Black arc, and have the unlock happen when Goku hears about how Zamasu used his own body to fool Chichi and Goten and then ended up killing them.
I feel like a reveal like that would've put the reveal up there with SSJ being unlocked after Krillin's death and SSJ2 being unlocked after Android 16's death. A good emotionally impactful reveal instead of casually earned off screen.
I can definitely understand not wanting to see Hit fall off so fast in strength, cause he's definitely a great character.
But depending on how a Blue reveal in the U6 tournament is done, that could still be the case. If Hit is keeping up with SSJG and then all of a sudden Goku unlocks Blue and Hit becomes far outclassed, Hit still falls off in strength.
For me, I just personally hate seeing Blue revealed in Resurrection of F and then immediately have a contender in the next arc with the U6 tournament. I just feel like a form with God Ki and SSJ combined shouldn't have too many contenders and having it as a form that is needed to face off against Zamasu's Rose form makes it feel more impactful as a new transformation
I feel like you could still have Goku use the Kaioken in God for the U6 tournament since it's practically his base form, just with God Ki. That way Hit still stays powerful while also keeping Blue for the Goku Black arc.
My main question is what will Black use as his transformation? SSJG? Rosé? Basic Super Saiyan? We'd have no point of reference for a Super Saiyan using God Ki up to this point.
So if we're looking at every arc in Super needs some sort of cool reveal, be it a transformation or a technique combined with a transformation.
Beerus arc stays the same with Goku getting SSJG
Resurection of F is where Vegeta reveals he finally unlocked SSJG when him and Goku come in. I think at this point Golden Frieza shouldn't even be a match for SSJG since he just earned the form and is still learning to master it. Plus, just give Vegeta a win against Frieza for once too using the SSJG state lol.
U6 I agree with you that Hit could be a match for SSJG and so Goku has to stack Kaioken on top of it for the first time. I know it's red on red which may not be as cool looking but you can still differentiate between SSJG alone and with Kaioken because SSJG just gives a red aura while Kaioken makes the whole body have a red tint.
Zamasu arc, I think it's completely fine to have Zamasu already have Rose before Blue is unlocked. It gives Goku and Vegeta a point of reference for SSJ infused with God Ki, plus it makes Zamasu even more intimidating as a villain because he unlocked this new transformation.
From there, like I said, Goku unlocks Blue in his enraged state after learning what Zamasu did. And then the arc can continue to play out relatively the same. Zamasu continues to get more powerful after his fusion. Vegeta and Goku have to use the Potarras again but this time Vegito starts out using SSJG and then can show off his SSJ Blue form since Goku just achieved it before hand. And maybe this is how Vegeta will eventually gain Blue by having felt its power while as Vegito.
Then in the lead up to the start of ToP arc, Goku can casually show off SSJ Blue stacked with Kaioken either during the pre tournament event against U9 or during his recruitment/training phase (like with Android 17).
And then ToP relatively plays out the same where the end goal is for Goku to reach Ultra Instinct. We can also see in the ToP that Vegeta has earned Blue at some point between the Zamasu arc and the start of the ToP.

Goku black would probably just still use Rosè, but either more heavily implied it’s Black’s version of Super Sayain, or it’s the inspiration that leads to Goku discovering Blue
Only thing that makes sense to me would be because of saiyan culture? Name an actual to the bone saiyan that was ever like "hey take some of my power to make yourself strong and I'll just watch" would never happen on vegeta it's monke eat monke
They could do it that vegeta unlocks saiyan god in resurrection f. Be cool if he found his own way to do it. And actually show us how. I still think that should have been vegeta's chance to defeat frieza.
I kind of wouldnt even bother with bluoken if it took that long. Because the big things with zamasu arc is vegito and then trunks' rage. The ToP is then ui and broly is gogeta then its just ui and ue from then on so i dont think kaoiken fits anywhere. Unless ... Krillin uses it in ToP that would have been so cool.
There inherently isn't much wrong with SSG. A few other things they should've done while the show was on air is-
1_ Show how Vegeta got the form. It could be if Whis taught Vegeta how to channel God ki. It could be that Vegeta resonated with Goku's God ki. Anything that explains the missing facts.
2_ The show didn't utilize SSG at all post BoG. This is mostly Toei being money hungry bastards and not giving a shit. Toyotaro did the form justice but by that time Toei had already fucked it up.
3_ The name doesn't make sense. They state it is not God ki + Super saiyan but call it Super saiyan God anyway. This is mostly a lack of foresight. They didn't have an idea about Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Blue) while making BoG. Hence they should've named Blue something else.
I might reverse the order. Blue would be tapping into a portion of god ki, but this would be the pure form even after ultra instinct at the end of the series. I think the slim body type would be a nice juxtaposition to it being a more powerful form.
SSB being a SS form enhanced with god ki but not quite fully mastered. Goku and Vegeta finally unlocking SSG without the need for the ritual in the ToP as they prepare to face Jiren.
As you mentioned, SSG being the most powerful despite the lack of bulky muscles and making the users looking youthful and being calm as oppose to the aggressive, explosive nature of Super Saiyan is definitely true to Toriyama’s preference of making the least intimidating the strongest.
This would also help fix Beerus’s inconsistent power throughout the series, which makes sense! Making Super’s first arc antagonist more powerful than the ones that came after was such a unique take on Dragon Ball’s more linear direction of new villain > old villain. It stands to reason that SSG should’ve been more powerful than SSB. Alas.
Legit that would be better, I think we could have goku as saiyan god(SG) through ritual and let vegeta have SSJB(Now as SSG) that he unlocked with Whis and is on par with Goku's SG. Then let goku have SGKKx20 combining the calmness of SSG with power burst of KK balancing kaioken out to put less strain to be able to use for extended period to match SSBE. and give vegeta SSBE as his Super vegeta blue form.
This also lets goku's transition to UI more natural, since SSG would be all about calmness. Also since the hair in SSG doesn't get spiky neither it does in UI it would be better go from SSG to UI.

What I would redo is the whole absorb into base. The show ignores it ether was so it's useless
The ritual is like a shortcut, they dont need to remove because they’ll never do it again, it was just a way for goku to get a power boost to go toe to toe with beerus at the moment
Since goku looks better as SSG and vegeta looks better ssb, make SSG and SSB be functionally the same form with visual differences. Goku gets SSG through a ritual, Vegeta gets SSB through Whis’ training. Have goku apply kaioken to SSG in the universe 6 arc and have vegeta obtain SSB evolution in the TOP.
I would change the transformation to have more roots/inspiration from Sun Wukong which was also the inspiration to Goku’s character.
Since Sun Wukong is also a god I think he would do as a great inspiration.
The current Super Saiyan God is a little boring I think. They also haven’t used it that much after the Blue version became available. Like they always have to evolve. I think it’s a little bit pathetic. Why shouldn’t a God transformation be the final and best transformation?
Why do they have to continue transforming?

Only thing that bugs me is how very little is used in the show. I'd change it so the SSG is the form used against Golden Frieza, then introduce Blue at either the Champa or the Black arcs
first, i’d change the names so that “Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan” is just “Super Saiyan God”, and “Super Saiyan God” is just “Saiyan God”.
Second, delay the introduction of SSJB. have God as the main form for a while, having some flickers in the Universe 6 tournament and fully unlocking it during the rage scene in the Goku Black arc.
third, completely get rid of that whole “Saiyan beyond God” bs.
I might get downvoted, but I would have made ssj4 the design for God, mainly to make God a callback to the primal power of the oozaru.
It makes sense, since God and 4 share the same red color scheme.
I'd also replace blue with the full power ssj4, as a means of representing mastery over the form
Aside calling it god mode and super saiyan blue super saiyan god, god should come after ultra instinct not before. The story goes from normal ki to "god ki" and basically back to normal ki which makes no sense. Also for Beerus to have a proposition about it just for to only last one match when there should be more to come.

The fact it allow the user to have same haircut, but body slimmer, is nice. Truly shows that God Power isn't... how to say that, pure power?
Blue on the other end... i would change the introduction of it, to put it as Vegeta showing it against Frieza as he pushes SS God to its limit in Revenge of F.
Give MUI's white hair to SSG. SSGSS can then be SSG infused with God Ki, which is blue, resulting in blue rather than gold hair.
Then, the colors of the rainbow approach to SSGSS forms can be explained quite easily as all of them are just SSG with some sort of ki infusion.
Others are saying all it Saiyan God but it doesn’t quite fit, I’d say just call it the “God State” and then call SSB Super Saiyan God.
As for how they did it, first movie instead of having them use that form, have Goku and Vegeta fuse into Vegito so he can fight Beerus and in the final scene it’d have both Goku and Vegeta holding off that supernova attack to save the planet after they defuse. Then have God State be introduced in Resurrection F and have it be the main transformation up until Goku Black arc happens which Super Saiyan God would still be difficult to pull off due to how much energy it takes.
Give him the abilty to breathe in space switch the goku black and u6 tournament arcs and have goku and vegeta get ssjb near the end of the black arc then have blue be the main form in the u6 tournament
Erase the existing concept of Super Saiyan God entirely and rewrite it to be the final form for Goku and Vegeta to achieve. Have Goku and Vegeta make the jump to Super Saiyan to Super Saiyan Blue to kick off DBS, and have Super Saiyan God be the end-goal for them, gwith this form representing the strength they need to challenge Beerus.
These people are crazy hating on the Ritual. Obviously like they said Call it Super Saiyan God and hold it back while using it more. Complicated ik but peep. Goku obviously uses it during bog and Goku goes off to train with whis to get it. This is explained as the room they trained in is filled with god ki. It helps Vegeta reach his god form and help Goku master his. They fight Freeza with it and do the whole u6 tournament with it. Ssj Blue is then introduced in the Goku Black arc as the new thing Goku and Vegeta have been training for. This also makes the whole Rosé thing a dire straits moment as he learned it due to their inability to kill him.
Leave it practically the same, but have blue not appear in resurrection f.
I'd have goku be in god until the goku black arc (which I would move to before the universe 6 tournament, hoku gets the xeno button through a different mean) and have goku use god until zamasu stabs him and let's him know about chichi and gotens deaths, then have gokus rage moment in the anime be replaced by the debut of ssb.
Then keep everything the same practically the same with ssb kaioken be used in the universe 6 tournament etc

First I’d get rid of super saiyan blue there’s not really a reason for it to exist. Super saiyan god could easily fill the role that Blue did. Secondly I’d change the method to how it is obtained. I would go with having to receive god ki from actual god to unlock it.
To show how Vegeta got the form. Some say it was just training, some like Kakarot say it was by ritual (which is the most technically obvious). Not even the Manga showed how he get it. The rest, it's fine by me
Make it the goalpost that Goku and Vegeta are trying to replicate through the series. At first, it was only accessed through the ritual, making it inaccessible using their own power which annoyed Goku greatly. After some training they figure out how to use God ki on their own thus accessing Blue, but that's still not a true God form and doesn't match the power of God. It's not until the Tourniment of Power that Goku finally manages to replicate that form using his own power, and Vegeta isn't far behind, getting it in the Broly movie.

I just never liked when goku was saying how annoyed he was about this form that it’s a power he could not achieve on his own and then him and vegeta are far more powered then that next time we see them.
The "ritual" sucks ass and should have been a saiyan thing involving stealing energy from a present god, then via fighting the form is achieved.
Then Vegeta shoulda done it first.
I'd nix the concept of a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan as a whole. I'd just have the SSJ God be the whole thing and have Goku's be red and Vegeta's be blue and use the SSB design. DBS seemingly sticks to the idea of Goku and Vegeta using different paths for strength and I think this could be the first step in showing how they're gonna be on their own paths from here on out.
I'd also have Goku have God Ki in base rather than having the full power of SSG in base when he fights Beerus.
Give it more screen time much earlier on in the series, it got replaced by super Saiyan blue way too fast.
I’d then have super Saiyan blue take the place of super Saiyan blue Kaioken, in how Goku utilizes it. A massive power up that combined super Saiyan and super Saiyan God one that he doesn’t have full control of just yet.
I would have kept it the main form for Goku.
Have blue be Vegeta's own SSJG color. Like it was intended to.
It's not that hard, they nailed it when they came up with Goku and Vegeta having different forms but backtracked in order to have a new form for Goku in RoF. They then backtracked again by giving Goku UI and Vegeta UE but Red and Blue were already there and perfect. Have Goku and Vegeta needing to master their respective god form and we would have had the UE/UI dichotomy earlier on with Red and Blue.
The actual UI could have been Goku without the white hair, just the basic UI with black hair and the aura. The entire Red and Blue for Goku and Vegeta was amazing from the start and worked better that way, blue becoming a new form for Goku was terrible, it should have been Vegeta's exclusive. It was kind of created that way. It never looked very good on Goku. And SSJG became a footnote for a a few arcs, it's a shame. It should have been Goku main form for the entire run of Super.
I think super saiyan god should be how ultra instinct and ultra ego are I think Goku should have super saiyan god blue which would increase his speed and hand to hand combat through the roof like whole other level where as vegeta should have super saiyan god red which ups his ki and special techniques and energy blasts…then from those forms they are able to tap into ultra instinct and ultra ego which puts them on the levels of gods but for very short amount of time until they become as strong as gods of destruction when at that point they will just be able to go to there god forms and ultra ego and ultra instinct they would eventually have no use for regular super saiyan or ssj2 or 3 because they are as strong as gods at that point
The way it looks is fine. However, I’d change the name to Saiyan God since it’s the base form of god ki and instead of the god power fusing into his normal base, he would just have access to the form. I don’t like the ritual part either but idk how I’d go about explaining. how to gain the transformation
Super Saiyan God should be what they're pushing MUI to be.
Have I learned to dig MUI? Yeah, but I love the red, sparkles, flaming auras, and the leaness that SSG brings to the table.
I’d allow it to have some more shine past Beerus Arc up to maybe U6 Tournament, and then introduce Blue instead of Kaoken, but apart from that, nothing. The form is absolutely gorgeous.
Personally I think I’d set it up where the red hair color just does like the gold. Super Saiyan God 2 would be spikier red hair, and Super Saiyan God 3 would be SS3 with red hair. I’d then use the blue hair form for something else, that would also have 3 transformations, like maybe the blue hair would be the official mystic form. Giving Broly 3 legendary transformations might be way too much, but it would be epic. Idk, maybe ultra instinct and ultra ego could have two more forms on top of the first, as well. I’m not even sure if Super Saiyan 4 needs to be brought back, but I’m certain that Saiyans would need their tails back, just to achieve any form above 3, so all the remaining Saiyans already have a limited in place, but they might need to get their tails back in order to beat black Frieza, especially if he and his brother Cooler learn the fusion dance.
But that’s enough of my speculations. What do you guys think?
Have it be the end goal form of the series.
SSB can be exactly as described, a super Saiyan with access to god ki. Then SSG can emerge in place of UI as the ultimate form for Goku in the TOP, finally placing him on Beerus's level like in BoG.
Id like to know how vegeta got it and why they didnt just give it to goten, trunks and gohan when they could. Even future trunks. Like I know they like to earn their training other when the situation is dire but theres no real reason they didnt give it to all of them (at least after defeating beerus).
And tbh im not even saying they should have all got it but it should be a reason or some type of discussion. Especially with vegeta getting it. Like they could say goten and trunks are too young or too inexperienced to control it. And then gohan just doesnt want it or because he had his potential unlocked it might be a bad mix.
Z-Style art and name change to Saiyan God. One of my biggest gripes with super design is how skinny the characters are. It's just wrong and I would say takes away some of the identity of DB.
My maim change is to the name. Make is "Saiyan God" rather than super saiyan God to simplify that aspect.
Other than that, I like the form. It has good possibilities in my own head cannon to other abilities and forms which is cool.
Honestly all I’d do is just change the name to Saiyan God, since it’s not really a Super Saiyan form. And by extension I’d change Super Saiyan Blue to Super Saiyan God.
Make it more difficult to become one to start with, call the red form Saiyan God, and then use SSJ4 from GT as the next level, called Super Saiyan God, and let it evolve from there.
I would just delete blue tbh.
Keep god as the main form till the top when he unlocks UI.
Make god kaioken and another similar transformation for vegeta and that’s it.
Would redo NOTHING,xcept that the form either was used in the anime either the same or as often as it was in the Manga...or that SSG still kept it's healing ability like it had in the B.O.G. Movie amd that the form was then used by Goku and Vegeta at least for it,during for ex. Future Arc while fighting Zamasu and Goku Black or that it had been kept switching up for it's ability during the T.O.P. ...i.e. SSG DESERVED BETTER,JUST LIKE SSJ3 WAS AND DESERVED MORE APPEARENCES AND THAT IT GOT MORE W's AND NOT SHELVED AS A FORGOTTEN FORM...BECAUSE OF SOME BLUE...
Keep the fiery aura instead of it disappearing quickly. The aura was sick.
Otherwise, make it more reddish maybe? Looks a bit too burgundy at times, I guess that’s when he has no aura.
Keep ssjg as the main form until tournament of destroyers, have Goku perfect ssjg to defeat hit. Then in Goku black arc when Goku rages at Goku black for killing Chi Chi and goten that’s when he unlocks ssjb. Then make Kio ken and evolution as the push needed for jeren.
Also I should add rename ssjg to saiyan god and ssjb to super saiyan god
The whole super saiyan god legend and how over compkicated it is. Goku shouldve just gotten the strength to absorb one of berrus'attacks and then got some god energy infused in his body allowing him to use god power. Beerus having never seen this before has whis train goku and vegeta, goku so he can get stronger and vegeta to see if the phenomenon was replicateable.
Some might say this is lazier but id rather this over "theres an ancient super saiyan legend that nobodys ever talked about including in any flashback, and the only way to become a super saiyan god is for 5 saiyans to channel their power into a single saiyan, and then they used a fucking babys power level even if saiyan babys are more powerful than us its hard to beleive that group was strong enough to make goku a god with their powers.
Also the whole presentation of everyone just sitting around while they figured it out was so lame it couldve been an awesome adventure to find out how to become a super saiyan god
I would give him more techniques that are actually special and original to the god form itself. I daresay the red kamehameha would've been perfect for this form. But at least they do it some justice in the broly movie
Ssg is great, just would have been much nicer to see him use it for a while instead of seeing blue in the next .2 seconds of the super arch. They could have also had him use kioken with it before we got to see blue. It probably would have looked cool to see like a crimson/neon red and fire red and basically see goku on fire.
I have a slightly different take on the naming, but very similar to most. I feel that the red form should have been named "God Saiyan" and then the next form should be "Super Saiyan God." I understand the logic of Saiyan God --- Super Saiyan God, but Saiyan God is not as clean as God Saiyan. Especially since the original transformation is "Super Saiyan" and not "Saiyan Super."
The ritual is fine, as is being able to train to obtain the form.
I like the red color of the SSG, but I have always hated the blue of SSGSSJ. I would have instead blended the yellow/gold and the red together. Giving a golden aura with a red shimmering outline or vice versa and yellow hair with streaks of red or vice versa.
Blue should have also been something Goku nor Vegeta could achieve until the Goku Black arc. With Zamasu figuring out transform into a SSJ and combing it with his God ki. So he achieves Super Saiyan Rose first and puts him leagues above Goke and Vegeta, but proves to them both that it is possible. This would result in them then achieving the form successfully.
Hit doesn't need to be scaled down for the U6 vs U7 tourney. Goku could have simply discovered that using Kaioken with SSG is easier and allows him to push it much higher.
Design wise is perfect, and I think the changes should be on other aspects of the form.
The fact that you can just get it and use it at will by simply training kind of undermines the form, which is to bring mere mortals to Godhood. I would also make SSG the definitive God ki form, not the basic God ki form. SSB and UI/UE should be paths to achieve SSG and not the other way around.
For example, Goku unlocks SSG through the ritual but then loses the form (and doesn't absorb it's power in base) and then after a lot of training with Whis both Goku and Vegeta unlock SSB which is still regular ki but gets them closer to God ki, they might be able to use a little God ki but still in a pretty raw and unbalanced way. UI and UE would show how Goku and Vegeta' are starting to solidify their understanding of God Ki and are able to use it more proficiently and finally they would unlock SSG at will which would be the final step to become actual Gods.
I would also change the name to just Saiyan God.
I think the main thing I would change would be that goku instead of training with king Kai at the start of super trained with the supreme Kai and got god Ki through that and then discovered super Saiyan god through that
The divine energy should physically manifest somehow. Like how fusion completely changes their outfits, something to that extent or like in gokus case, maybe the monkey king crown forms from the divine energy, I mean they basically already gave him all the other similar accessories(power pole, nimbus).
Beautiful coloured hair, great lore/ original transformation into it, cool introduction to God Ki. It's honestly one of my favourite forms. Only thing I would change was given it a longer life span (maybe having them unlock SSB in the Future Trunks arc instead so that SSG actually got featured the amount it deserved to be instead of instantly being overshadowed by SSB)
I'd scrap it all together alongside super saiyan blue. Introduce Ultra Instinct in BoG as Goku's end goal. Change RF to make the fight against Golden Frieza a struggle until Goku taps into UI Sign at the end to win the fight. Throughout Super, Goku and Vegeta will use Super Saiyan for most of it rather than Blue, aiming to get to UI throughout it, with the power maybe popping up here and there. Start foreshadowing Ultra Ego sooner and give it a form much like UI Sign to use in ToP in place of Super Saiyan Blue evolved (Don't name it yet, maybe just have Vegeta absorb a sphere of destruction fromToppo and access it)
I really like SSG and SSB, but SSG is immediately forgotten about and SSB is immediealy fodderized, might as well stick with normal SS.
Make it look like SSJ4, and no not just because I'm a SSJ4 fan boy. The transformation would make sense as a god form though. The ancient saiyans would probably see something so primal and so powerful, an extension of their oozaru form, and worship it as a god lol
I wouldn’t necessarily redo God, as others have mentioned. I‘d have it stay the strongest form at least until the end of the future saga, and introduce SSGSS as a power up of either Vegito, or not at all. Then, Goku can transform into UI after throwing the Genkidama. If SSGSS is a necessity, maybe introduce it at the end of the Future arc, instead of SSGSS KK.
Make it the new ssj 2. How I'd have done it would've been base to start, ssj to gauge the enemy, ssg for serious fights and then ssgss for all our fights. Of course, if I did it wed also get 4 back soooooo... Take what I say with a grain of salt if you don't like pink monkey man.

I’d give Saiyan God and Super Saiyan God unique clothes. Yall might be satisfied with your low ass standard of just a change in colored pencils, but I want something that aesthetically fits a god. I’m putting emphasis on the God/Deity title, because someone with that title is supposed to be far above in comprehension and power than what regular mortals are used to dealing with. It doesn’t have to be SS4, but I’d like a design *as different* as Super Saiyan 4. Maybe have godly attire that accompanies the transformation . In Goku and Vegetas colors of course. It could be as simple as that.

I feel god should be what blue is normally kinda the usual power up for them and have blue be something that holds more weight like when goku went blue in dbs broly it felt heavyier
keep the ritual idea as the only way for the attaining method, but also actually expand on the lore and make it matter instead of just throwing it away after BOG

The form is perfect for me. Like others said, I might just change the name to Saiyan God to have SSB be Super Saiyan God. Not sure why some dislike the ritual when it was intentionally supposed to be annoying for even Goku himself.

The dislike is because it conveniently requires what they had for a "new transformation". Like if Krillin needed a boost and they learn at that moment humans can achieve a new form if a dad has a blonde daughter from a part android human.

I get you, but if they were able to literally use an unborn quarter Saiyan baby. Then they definitely could’ve used Tarble instead. Hell, they could’ve used the Dragon Balls to bring Raditz or Nappa back to life and just physically forced them to do the ritual or else they’d kill them lol. I'd just have SSG be the strongest form for a little longer than it was, and Blue be introduced later. I don't have any issues with the 5 pure hearts thing. I like the idea of Goku being the reason they have 5 pure hearts in the first place, as every Saiyan who exists is only there because of him (Vegeta being turned good because of him, and both of their descendants.) I do wish we could've seen Future Trunks get God in Goku Black, since his design with it in Heroes is awesome and I think it's one of the coolest designs in the series.
I never understood why Goku/Vegeta never took the time to have the god ritual performed on Trunks and get him acclimated to the power before traveling back to the future timeline in the Black arc. Just seems like a no-brainer thing to do. Would make more sense than having him spontaneously achieve half blue (or whatever that was).
Change it to Sayain God, and make it the main form up until the U6 tournament, Blue (how called Super Sayain God) taking the place to Blueoken, and Blueoken being moved to some point in the Goku black or ToP sagas. I don’t really understand why some people don’t like the 5 Sayains thing. I think it works perfectly, like a in-universe display of the power of friendship.
Definitely agree with the name changes since SSJG is really just base form infused with God Ki and SSJGSSJ is SSJ infused with God Ki And I also agree with keeping SSJG relevant for a lot longer than just the first arc in Super. However, I would have much preferred seeing SSJGSSJ unlocked during the Goku Black arc, and have the unlock happen when Goku hears about how Zamasu used his own body to fool Chichi and Goten and then ended up killing them. I feel like a reveal like that would've put the reveal up there with SSJ being unlocked after Krillin's death and SSJ2 being unlocked after Android 16's death. A good emotionally impactful reveal instead of casually earned off screen.
While that definitely would work, and would probably be best, that would also make Hit fall off in strength *so* much faster, which makes me sad.
I can definitely understand not wanting to see Hit fall off so fast in strength, cause he's definitely a great character. But depending on how a Blue reveal in the U6 tournament is done, that could still be the case. If Hit is keeping up with SSJG and then all of a sudden Goku unlocks Blue and Hit becomes far outclassed, Hit still falls off in strength. For me, I just personally hate seeing Blue revealed in Resurrection of F and then immediately have a contender in the next arc with the U6 tournament. I just feel like a form with God Ki and SSJ combined shouldn't have too many contenders and having it as a form that is needed to face off against Zamasu's Rose form makes it feel more impactful as a new transformation
I feel like you could still have Goku use the Kaioken in God for the U6 tournament since it's practically his base form, just with God Ki. That way Hit still stays powerful while also keeping Blue for the Goku Black arc. My main question is what will Black use as his transformation? SSJG? Rosé? Basic Super Saiyan? We'd have no point of reference for a Super Saiyan using God Ki up to this point.
So if we're looking at every arc in Super needs some sort of cool reveal, be it a transformation or a technique combined with a transformation. Beerus arc stays the same with Goku getting SSJG Resurection of F is where Vegeta reveals he finally unlocked SSJG when him and Goku come in. I think at this point Golden Frieza shouldn't even be a match for SSJG since he just earned the form and is still learning to master it. Plus, just give Vegeta a win against Frieza for once too using the SSJG state lol. U6 I agree with you that Hit could be a match for SSJG and so Goku has to stack Kaioken on top of it for the first time. I know it's red on red which may not be as cool looking but you can still differentiate between SSJG alone and with Kaioken because SSJG just gives a red aura while Kaioken makes the whole body have a red tint. Zamasu arc, I think it's completely fine to have Zamasu already have Rose before Blue is unlocked. It gives Goku and Vegeta a point of reference for SSJ infused with God Ki, plus it makes Zamasu even more intimidating as a villain because he unlocked this new transformation. From there, like I said, Goku unlocks Blue in his enraged state after learning what Zamasu did. And then the arc can continue to play out relatively the same. Zamasu continues to get more powerful after his fusion. Vegeta and Goku have to use the Potarras again but this time Vegito starts out using SSJG and then can show off his SSJ Blue form since Goku just achieved it before hand. And maybe this is how Vegeta will eventually gain Blue by having felt its power while as Vegito. Then in the lead up to the start of ToP arc, Goku can casually show off SSJ Blue stacked with Kaioken either during the pre tournament event against U9 or during his recruitment/training phase (like with Android 17). And then ToP relatively plays out the same where the end goal is for Goku to reach Ultra Instinct. We can also see in the ToP that Vegeta has earned Blue at some point between the Zamasu arc and the start of the ToP.
Yeah but red on red wouldn’t look as good. Goku black would probably just still use Rosè, but either more heavily implied it’s Black’s version of Super Sayain, or it’s the inspiration that leads to Goku discovering Blue

They could do it that vegeta unlocks saiyan god in resurrection f. Be cool if he found his own way to do it. And actually show us how. I still think that should have been vegeta's chance to defeat frieza. I kind of wouldnt even bother with bluoken if it took that long. Because the big things with zamasu arc is vegito and then trunks' rage. The ToP is then ui and broly is gogeta then its just ui and ue from then on so i dont think kaoiken fits anywhere. Unless ... Krillin uses it in ToP that would have been so cool.

Honestly, I don't really want Kaioken. Perfected Super Saiyan Blue is still a great concept to work around. Even if it is a rehash of SSJ Grade 4.

There inherently isn't much wrong with SSG. A few other things they should've done while the show was on air is- 1_ Show how Vegeta got the form. It could be if Whis taught Vegeta how to channel God ki. It could be that Vegeta resonated with Goku's God ki. Anything that explains the missing facts. 2_ The show didn't utilize SSG at all post BoG. This is mostly Toei being money hungry bastards and not giving a shit. Toyotaro did the form justice but by that time Toei had already fucked it up. 3_ The name doesn't make sense. They state it is not God ki + Super saiyan but call it Super saiyan God anyway. This is mostly a lack of foresight. They didn't have an idea about Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Blue) while making BoG. Hence they should've named Blue something else.

I might reverse the order. Blue would be tapping into a portion of god ki, but this would be the pure form even after ultra instinct at the end of the series. I think the slim body type would be a nice juxtaposition to it being a more powerful form.
SSB being a SS form enhanced with god ki but not quite fully mastered. Goku and Vegeta finally unlocking SSG without the need for the ritual in the ToP as they prepare to face Jiren. As you mentioned, SSG being the most powerful despite the lack of bulky muscles and making the users looking youthful and being calm as oppose to the aggressive, explosive nature of Super Saiyan is definitely true to Toriyama’s preference of making the least intimidating the strongest.
This would also help fix Beerus’s inconsistent power throughout the series, which makes sense! Making Super’s first arc antagonist more powerful than the ones that came after was such a unique take on Dragon Ball’s more linear direction of new villain > old villain. It stands to reason that SSG should’ve been more powerful than SSB. Alas.

I wouldn’t, I would get rid of Blue. Blue does not need to exist, in story it does everything that God should be doing.
Legit that would be better, I think we could have goku as saiyan god(SG) through ritual and let vegeta have SSJB(Now as SSG) that he unlocked with Whis and is on par with Goku's SG. Then let goku have SGKKx20 combining the calmness of SSG with power burst of KK balancing kaioken out to put less strain to be able to use for extended period to match SSBE. and give vegeta SSBE as his Super vegeta blue form. This also lets goku's transition to UI more natural, since SSG would be all about calmness. Also since the hair in SSG doesn't get spiky neither it does in UI it would be better go from SSG to UI.

Since goku looks better as SSG and vegeta looks better ssb, make SSG and SSB be functionally the same form with visual differences. Goku gets SSG through a ritual, Vegeta gets SSB through Whis’ training. Have goku apply kaioken to SSG in the universe 6 arc and have vegeta obtain SSB evolution in the TOP.

I would change the transformation to have more roots/inspiration from Sun Wukong which was also the inspiration to Goku’s character. Since Sun Wukong is also a god I think he would do as a great inspiration. The current Super Saiyan God is a little boring I think. They also haven’t used it that much after the Blue version became available. Like they always have to evolve. I think it’s a little bit pathetic. Why shouldn’t a God transformation be the final and best transformation? Why do they have to continue transforming? It’s fair when it’s a transformation to another type of God (example: angel, God of destruction or something else).

I might get downvoted, but I would have made ssj4 the design for God, mainly to make God a callback to the primal power of the oozaru. It makes sense, since God and 4 share the same red color scheme. I'd also replace blue with the full power ssj4, as a means of representing mastery over the form

Aside calling it god mode and super saiyan blue super saiyan god, god should come after ultra instinct not before. The story goes from normal ki to "god ki" and basically back to normal ki which makes no sense. Also for Beerus to have a proposition about it just for to only last one match when there should be more to come.

I wouldn't. Both the design, and its introduction were perfect. The fact it allow the user to have same haircut, but body slimmer, is nice. Truly shows that God Power isn't... how to say that, pure power? Blue on the other end... i would change the introduction of it, to put it as Vegeta showing it against Frieza as he pushes SS God to its limit in Revenge of F.
Give MUI's white hair to SSG. SSGSS can then be SSG infused with God Ki, which is blue, resulting in blue rather than gold hair. Then, the colors of the rainbow approach to SSGSS forms can be explained quite easily as all of them are just SSG with some sort of ki infusion.
Others are saying all it Saiyan God but it doesn’t quite fit, I’d say just call it the “God State” and then call SSB Super Saiyan God. As for how they did it, first movie instead of having them use that form, have Goku and Vegeta fuse into Vegito so he can fight Beerus and in the final scene it’d have both Goku and Vegeta holding off that supernova attack to save the planet after they defuse. Then have God State be introduced in Resurrection F and have it be the main transformation up until Goku Black arc happens which Super Saiyan God would still be difficult to pull off due to how much energy it takes.
Give him the abilty to breathe in space switch the goku black and u6 tournament arcs and have goku and vegeta get ssjb near the end of the black arc then have blue be the main form in the u6 tournament

Erase the existing concept of Super Saiyan God entirely and rewrite it to be the final form for Goku and Vegeta to achieve. Have Goku and Vegeta make the jump to Super Saiyan to Super Saiyan Blue to kick off DBS, and have Super Saiyan God be the end-goal for them, gwith this form representing the strength they need to challenge Beerus.
These people are crazy hating on the Ritual. Obviously like they said Call it Super Saiyan God and hold it back while using it more. Complicated ik but peep. Goku obviously uses it during bog and Goku goes off to train with whis to get it. This is explained as the room they trained in is filled with god ki. It helps Vegeta reach his god form and help Goku master his. They fight Freeza with it and do the whole u6 tournament with it. Ssj Blue is then introduced in the Goku Black arc as the new thing Goku and Vegeta have been training for. This also makes the whole Rosé thing a dire straits moment as he learned it due to their inability to kill him.
Leave it practically the same, but have blue not appear in resurrection f. I'd have goku be in god until the goku black arc (which I would move to before the universe 6 tournament, hoku gets the xeno button through a different mean) and have goku use god until zamasu stabs him and let's him know about chichi and gotens deaths, then have gokus rage moment in the anime be replaced by the debut of ssb. Then keep everything the same practically the same with ssb kaioken be used in the universe 6 tournament etc I've had this thought on my mind for AGES, god got sidelined too quickly and needed to stick around longer

First I’d get rid of super saiyan blue there’s not really a reason for it to exist. Super saiyan god could easily fill the role that Blue did. Secondly I’d change the method to how it is obtained. I would go with having to receive god ki from actual god to unlock it.

To show how Vegeta got the form. Some say it was just training, some like Kakarot say it was by ritual (which is the most technically obvious). Not even the Manga showed how he get it. The rest, it's fine by me

Make it the goalpost that Goku and Vegeta are trying to replicate through the series. At first, it was only accessed through the ritual, making it inaccessible using their own power which annoyed Goku greatly. After some training they figure out how to use God ki on their own thus accessing Blue, but that's still not a true God form and doesn't match the power of God. It's not until the Tourniment of Power that Goku finally manages to replicate that form using his own power, and Vegeta isn't far behind, getting it in the Broly movie.

I'd nix the concept of a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan as a whole. I'd just have the SSJ God be the whole thing and have Goku's be red and Vegeta's be blue and use the SSB design. DBS seemingly sticks to the idea of Goku and Vegeta using different paths for strength and I think this could be the first step in showing how they're gonna be on their own paths from here on out. I'd also have Goku have God Ki in base rather than having the full power of SSG in base when he fights Beerus.
Give it more screen time much earlier on in the series, it got replaced by super Saiyan blue way too fast. I’d then have super Saiyan blue take the place of super Saiyan blue Kaioken, in how Goku utilizes it. A massive power up that combined super Saiyan and super Saiyan God one that he doesn’t have full control of just yet.
I would have kept it the main form for Goku. Have blue be Vegeta's own SSJG color. Like it was intended to. It's not that hard, they nailed it when they came up with Goku and Vegeta having different forms but backtracked in order to have a new form for Goku in RoF. They then backtracked again by giving Goku UI and Vegeta UE but Red and Blue were already there and perfect. Have Goku and Vegeta needing to master their respective god form and we would have had the UE/UI dichotomy earlier on with Red and Blue. The actual UI could have been Goku without the white hair, just the basic UI with black hair and the aura. The entire Red and Blue for Goku and Vegeta was amazing from the start and worked better that way, blue becoming a new form for Goku was terrible, it should have been Vegeta's exclusive. It was kind of created that way. It never looked very good on Goku. And SSJG became a footnote for a a few arcs, it's a shame. It should have been Goku main form for the entire run of Super.
I think super saiyan god should be how ultra instinct and ultra ego are I think Goku should have super saiyan god blue which would increase his speed and hand to hand combat through the roof like whole other level where as vegeta should have super saiyan god red which ups his ki and special techniques and energy blasts…then from those forms they are able to tap into ultra instinct and ultra ego which puts them on the levels of gods but for very short amount of time until they become as strong as gods of destruction when at that point they will just be able to go to there god forms and ultra ego and ultra instinct they would eventually have no use for regular super saiyan or ssj2 or 3 because they are as strong as gods at that point

However, I’d change the name to Saiyan God since it’s the base form of god ki and instead of the god power fusing into his normal base, he would just have access to the form. Super Saiyan God should be what they're pushing MUI to be. Have I learned to dig MUI? Yeah, but I love the red, sparkles, flaming auras, and the leaness that SSG brings to the table.
I’d allow it to have some more shine past Beerus Arc up to maybe U6 Tournament, and then introduce Blue instead of Kaoken, but apart from that, nothing. The form is absolutely gorgeous.
Personally I think I’d set it up where the red hair color just does like the gold. Super Saiyan God 2 would be spikier red hair, and Super Saiyan God 3 would be SS3 with red hair. I’d then use the blue hair form for something else, that would also have 3 transformations, like maybe the blue hair would be the official mystic form. Giving Broly 3 legendary transformations might be way too much, but it would be epic. Idk, maybe ultra instinct and ultra ego could have two more forms on top of the first, as well. I’m not even sure if Super Saiyan 4 needs to be brought back, but I’m certain that Saiyans would need their tails back, just to achieve any form above 3, so all the remaining Saiyans already have a limited in place, but they might need to get their tails back in order to beat black Frieza, especially if he and his brother Cooler learn the fusion dance. But that’s enough of my speculations. What do you guys think?
It’s perfect as it is. BoG makes it’s build up really worth while, and its use is not overstayed or underutilized during it’s appearance.
Make the hair slightly redder. And change the name to sayain god. And then for super sayain blue it would be a red super sayain
I wouldn’t change anything I’d just delete Super saiyan Blue and recanonize ss4. Ss4 would be on par but weaker.
Have it be the end goal form of the series. SSB can be exactly as described, a super Saiyan with access to god ki. Then SSG can emerge in place of UI as the ultimate form for Goku in the TOP, finally placing him on Beerus's level like in BoG.
Don't know if this counts but make them not use ssb until the future saga so they utilise god a bit more

Id like to know how vegeta got it and why they didnt just give it to goten, trunks and gohan when they could. Even future trunks. Like I know they like to earn their training other when the situation is dire but theres no real reason they didnt give it to all of them (at least after defeating beerus). And tbh im not even saying they should have all got it but it should be a reason or some type of discussion. Especially with vegeta getting it. Like they could say goten and trunks are too young or too inexperienced to control it. And then gohan just doesnt want it or because he had his potential unlocked it might be a bad mix.

Z-Style art and name change to Saiyan God. One of my biggest gripes with super design is how skinny the characters are. It's just wrong and I would say takes away some of the identity of DB.
Keep it the same way but have it be relevant for longer and introduce SS Blue in the U6 arc
My maim change is to the name. Make is "Saiyan God" rather than super saiyan God to simplify that aspect. Other than that, I like the form. It has good possibilities in my own head cannon to other abilities and forms which is cool.
Honestly all I’d do is just change the name to Saiyan God, since it’s not really a Super Saiyan form. And by extension I’d change Super Saiyan Blue to Super Saiyan God.

Make it more difficult to become one to start with, call the red form Saiyan God, and then use SSJ4 from GT as the next level, called Super Saiyan God, and let it evolve from there.
This should have been it. No blue. Cold and calm Goku and Vegeta in these forms is so badass. Look at Vegeta during DBS:Broly.
Red being the last transformation that rivals the gods. There was no need for anything else.
I would just delete blue tbh. Keep god as the main form till the top when he unlocks UI. Make god kaioken and another similar transformation for vegeta and that’s it.

Would redo NOTHING,xcept that the form either was used in the anime either the same or as often as it was in the Manga...or that SSG still kept it's healing ability like it had in the B.O.G. Movie amd that the form was then used by Goku and Vegeta at least for it,during for ex. Future Arc while fighting Zamasu and Goku Black or that it had been kept switching up for it's ability during the T.O.P. ...i.e. SSG DESERVED BETTER,JUST LIKE SSJ3 WAS AND DESERVED MORE APPEARENCES AND THAT IT GOT MORE W's AND NOT SHELVED AS A FORGOTTEN FORM...BECAUSE OF SOME BLUE...

Keep the fiery aura instead of it disappearing quickly. The aura was sick. Otherwise, make it more reddish maybe? Looks a bit too burgundy at times, I guess that’s when he has no aura.
Keep ssjg as the main form until tournament of destroyers, have Goku perfect ssjg to defeat hit. Then in Goku black arc when Goku rages at Goku black for killing Chi Chi and goten that’s when he unlocks ssjb. Then make Kio ken and evolution as the push needed for jeren. Also I should add rename ssjg to saiyan god and ssjb to super saiyan god
The whole super saiyan god legend and how over compkicated it is. Goku shouldve just gotten the strength to absorb one of berrus'attacks and then got some god energy infused in his body allowing him to use god power. Beerus having never seen this before has whis train goku and vegeta, goku so he can get stronger and vegeta to see if the phenomenon was replicateable. Some might say this is lazier but id rather this over "theres an ancient super saiyan legend that nobodys ever talked about including in any flashback, and the only way to become a super saiyan god is for 5 saiyans to channel their power into a single saiyan, and then they used a fucking babys power level even if saiyan babys are more powerful than us its hard to beleive that group was strong enough to make goku a god with their powers. Also the whole presentation of everyone just sitting around while they figured it out was so lame it couldve been an awesome adventure to find out how to become a super saiyan god

I would give him more techniques that are actually special and original to the god form itself. I daresay the red kamehameha would've been perfect for this form. But at least they do it some justice in the broly movie

Ssg is great, just would have been much nicer to see him use it for a while instead of seeing blue in the next .2 seconds of the super arch. They could have also had him use kioken with it before we got to see blue. It probably would have looked cool to see like a crimson/neon red and fire red and basically see goku on fire.
I have a slightly different take on the naming, but very similar to most. I feel that the red form should have been named "God Saiyan" and then the next form should be "Super Saiyan God." I understand the logic of Saiyan God --- Super Saiyan God, but Saiyan God is not as clean as God Saiyan. Especially since the original transformation is "Super Saiyan" and not "Saiyan Super." The ritual is fine, as is being able to train to obtain the form. I like the red color of the SSG, but I have always hated the blue of SSGSSJ. I would have instead blended the yellow/gold and the red together. Giving a golden aura with a red shimmering outline or vice versa and yellow hair with streaks of red or vice versa. Blue should have also been something Goku nor Vegeta could achieve until the Goku Black arc. With Zamasu figuring out transform into a SSJ and combing it with his God ki. So he achieves Super Saiyan Rose first and puts him leagues above Goke and Vegeta, but proves to them both that it is possible. This would result in them then achieving the form successfully. Hit doesn't need to be scaled down for the U6 vs U7 tourney. Goku could have simply discovered that using Kaioken with SSG is easier and allows him to push it much higher.
Design wise is perfect, and I think the changes should be on other aspects of the form. The fact that you can just get it and use it at will by simply training kind of undermines the form, which is to bring mere mortals to Godhood. I would also make SSG the definitive God ki form, not the basic God ki form. SSB and UI/UE should be paths to achieve SSG and not the other way around. For example, Goku unlocks SSG through the ritual but then loses the form (and doesn't absorb it's power in base) and then after a lot of training with Whis both Goku and Vegeta unlock SSB which is still regular ki but gets them closer to God ki, they might be able to use a little God ki but still in a pretty raw and unbalanced way. UI and UE would show how Goku and Vegeta' are starting to solidify their understanding of God Ki and are able to use it more proficiently and finally they would unlock SSG at will which would be the final step to become actual Gods. I would also change the name to just Saiyan God.

I think the main thing I would change would be that goku instead of training with king Kai at the start of super trained with the supreme Kai and got god Ki through that and then discovered super Saiyan god through that
The divine energy should physically manifest somehow. Like how fusion completely changes their outfits, something to that extent or like in gokus case, maybe the monkey king crown forms from the divine energy, I mean they basically already gave him all the other similar accessories(power pole, nimbus).
Only thing I would change is make it be the main form of Super for much longer. It got overshadowed by Blue almost as soon as it was introduced.

Beautiful coloured hair, great lore/ original transformation into it, cool introduction to God Ki. It's honestly one of my favourite forms. Only thing I would change was given it a longer life span (maybe having them unlock SSB in the Future Trunks arc instead so that SSG actually got featured the amount it deserved to be instead of instantly being overshadowed by SSB)
Have him do a blood sacrifice of a monkey during a Super Moon.

I'd scrap it all together alongside super saiyan blue. Introduce Ultra Instinct in BoG as Goku's end goal. Change RF to make the fight against Golden Frieza a struggle until Goku taps into UI Sign at the end to win the fight. Throughout Super, Goku and Vegeta will use Super Saiyan for most of it rather than Blue, aiming to get to UI throughout it, with the power maybe popping up here and there. Start foreshadowing Ultra Ego sooner and give it a form much like UI Sign to use in ToP in place of Super Saiyan Blue evolved (Don't name it yet, maybe just have Vegeta absorb a sphere of destruction fromToppo and access it) I really like SSG and SSB, but SSG is immediately forgotten about and SSB is immediealy fodderized, might as well stick with normal SS.
Make it look like SSJ4, and no not just because I'm a SSJ4 fan boy. The transformation would make sense as a god form though. The ancient saiyans would probably see something so primal and so powerful, an extension of their oozaru form, and worship it as a god lol
I wouldn’t necessarily redo God, as others have mentioned. I‘d have it stay the strongest form at least until the end of the future saga, and introduce SSGSS as a power up of either Vegito, or not at all. Then, Goku can transform into UI after throwing the Genkidama. If SSGSS is a necessity, maybe introduce it at the end of the Future arc, instead of SSGSS KK.
Make it the new ssj 2. How I'd have done it would've been base to start, ssj to gauge the enemy, ssg for serious fights and then ssgss for all our fights. Of course, if I did it wed also get 4 back soooooo... Take what I say with a grain of salt if you don't like pink monkey man.

A few unique changes. First, like others said, change Super Saiyan God to just Saiyan God. And Super Saiyan God follows in line. I’d give Saiyan God and Super Saiyan God unique clothes. Yall might be satisfied with your low ass standard of just a change in colored pencils, but I want something that aesthetically fits a god. I’m putting emphasis on the God/Deity title, because someone with that title is supposed to be far above in comprehension and power than what regular mortals are used to dealing with. It doesn’t have to be SS4, but I’d like a design *as different* as Super Saiyan 4. Maybe have godly attire that accompanies the transformation . In Goku and Vegetas colors of course. It could be as simple as that. I feel like most of you people are just so used to anime characters wearing the same shit every fucking time you see them dude. I’m well aware their normal attire is iconic for the person but can we switch it up AT ALL besides the one thing about Saiyans that always changes ? Jesus fuck bruh. These are the same ppl who settled for Frieza getting slapped with gold and black spray paint and just ate it up like dehydrated mutts with no home . I feel god should be what blue is normally kinda the usual power up for them and have blue be something that holds more weight like when goku went blue in dbs broly it felt heavyier
