Hello! :) I'm running my very first kickstarter about printableminiatures for DnD and other boardgames! The picture and painting is not from me it's by the awesome [https://www.instagram.com/grumpyoldtin/?hl=bn](https://www.instagram.com/grumpyoldtin/?hl=bn) The KS is composed of more than 150 STLs to print at home, i cannot provide physical deliveries yet since i'm a new fish, but maybe for another time! I really wish to thank Grumpyoldtin for this pic, it's just ekkin awesome to see my work so well painted and the diorama is icing on the cake! : ) You can find more info on the actual kickstarter here : [https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/keta-minies/keta-minies-printable-stls-for-tabletop-games](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/keta-minies/keta-minies-printable-stls-for-tabletop-games)

How do you apply a wash for the grooves without everything getting SOME amount of overwash and become darker or see the edges of a wash when it dries?

keta-minies

Honestly.. Grumpyoldtin is a magician, there is no other way i'm speechless! And honored to see my shitty boxes so well painted :)

donasay

Dilute the wash more probably 3x the water you are using now. Do multiple coats.

Maybe that's my problem in general is the realization of just how long it takes just for that detail. The time to dry each coat and how thin it has to be
