This has been the worst 😭 I have painful periods and truthfully just cry and suffer lmao. Nothing I e tried has helped like an NSAID would

Traditional Medicinals Raspberry leaf tea literally works better than ibuprofen for me. You have to drink it 2-3 days before you start though.

I would personally avoid oil supplements, since it’s a known trigger for gastritis. I have found ginger tea soothing but taking full ginger shots can feel too hot & irritating. Ginseng is an alternative. I find green tea ok for me despite caffeine content, I drink it quite weak multiple times a day. Also had luck with mixing fresh aloe into juice, lately I’ve tried celery & pear as the juice base since those are on the less acidic side.

Careful with omega 3. Read somewhere it can lower prostaglandins which are protective for your stomach lining. Need those for gastritis

Turmeric tea caused me severe stomach pain a few days before my stomach completely blew up. I wonder at times if people taking the turmeric pills are causing more harm than good. While ginger candy works quite well for me, ginger tea has seemed a bit too strong. Both turmeric and omega 3 can be strong blood thinners and mixed together they have even more blood thinning effects. Since some people with gastritis do have ulcers, you may want to think long and hard about taking these supplements that can thin out your blood as it could contribute to bleeding ulcers (which can be fatal). One of the best things you can do overall is clean up your eating. It's better for your stomach to avoid all the junk and it really does quell inflammation. My autoimmune disease symptoms are sooo much better since I have had to eat the gastritis-friendly diet.

Blueberries are anti inflammatory.

Castor oil pack on your stomach? (Cheap to try) And if you have the financial means could get a red light wand like a LightStim.
