Lady Shiva is kind of like a DC female Yujiro. I think she'd do pretty well. She's not beating Baki, but she'd beat most midtier fighters. I don't think she's that physically strong, though, and that's where she falls short.
Top tier DC and Marvel martial artists dwarf Baki characters entirely. Everything in those worlds is just insane on a level beyond most anime and manga. To give you an idea Batman is close to Wonder Woman in skill. Diana's nemesis, Ares, has total knowledge of all combat and warfare. He basically has infinite skill beyond normal human comprehension. Skill in DC is also enough for humans to hold off opponents billions of times stronger on paper. Karate Kid can spar with a kryptonian and Batman can briefly hold off Wonder Woman. Another important skill feat was Tim Drake figuring out how to beat a guy who existed some seconds in the future. Tim is arguably the least skilled Robin and is fodder to someone like Shiva.
