This painting stems from my current sculpting project, I love to paint so I took time to make some nice images! It's always a bit more painful for me to paint and draw, but i'm facing my struggles and living my journey ! : p
There is quite a few inspirations that lead to this sculpt, i'm sure some are more obvious than other but i'm happy with my own version! And happy to be able to make it into a real thing ! What a time to be alive : ))
I'm still not sure i'll use this color scheme for my miniatures/army because i'm still really expecting aftertoughts ><

The fun thing about demons, even greater ones, is that in lore they are all meant to be different from one another, none are the same and any interpretation of them is still very valid. Obviously that isn't possible to do with models or game assets so we always get very similar looking ones but getting to see different peoples interpretations of them is always a wonderful treat. I will admit though, I am still waiting to see sexy man daemons for Slannesh, ones with large bulges and I say this as a (semi) straight guy.
Oooh i did not know that! I knew they were different entities but i was thinking their incarnations were static! it makes more sense : )
on the other topic, i'm 99% i saw some erotic male sculpt pass not super long ago!
well for each individual demon their for is static even if they die and come back. For example skarbrand will always look like he does, Kiros fatereaver will always be two headed birb man and so on but it changes between demons to the whims of the warp.
I've seen some really cool Greater demon conversions in the past. Someone did a nurgle greater demon that instead of being a huge bloated monster was it was actually an emaciated looking creature with their personal cannon being that this was a greater demon who represented wasting diseases.
If I were good at sculpting there would be a few greater demons I'd love to make myself too. Such as a huge armored monstrosity for Khorn to represent less of the unbridled rage and blood lust and more the horrors of industrialized warfare and a greater demon of Tzeench that is less bird like and maybe something more like an octopus because octopods are extremely smart yet alien which I feel fits the idea of Tzeench to a (silent) T, also they still have beaks so it still kinda fits.

On the demons, i totally get your point, my favorite being the octopods, as you said they are super smart , if i remember correctly some are using skin changing patterns to communicates? They do learn from watching? so it really connect a lot of Tzeench key elements i think : ) And it remind me of Cthulhu !!
(Kitbashers are **awesome**, it's really impressive what one can do with greenstuff and lying bits! )
I really like it, but my only critique is that demons of Slaanesh are supposed to be both masculine *and* feminine, so it has too many titties. But otherwise, it's a great design!
I a khornite ogryn am delivering a bouquet of skulls to the daughter of slannesh and khorne, and this thing wants me to sleep with it. I try to leave, but it doesn't let me, i keep my penis soft to stop it, it threatens to rip it out and shove it in itself. I roar and slice it and it's underlings to bits, I go and deliver the bouquet to the half and half girl.
I always think daemons have true forms but they can change their appearance to some extend like Tzeentch and Slannesh ones would dable more in that regard

I sincerely think if slaaneshi daemons all had large bulges *in addition* to a minimum of six tits, they'd be better off for it
