Well just making a logical guess here. But if it's not been detected, most likely
1. The connection inside your laptop got a bit loose
2. Your GPU broke.
3. Driver issue. Try updating them.
Does that mean I'm fucked? I don't want to make a trip to the Service Center if possible, and even if I do, it's probably gonna be an expensive repair since the Laptop is out of Warranty :/
Can't exactly remember where it is, but I think somewhere in the control panel it shows all the parts of the laptops. Where sometimes when a game isn't reading our graphics card we go to this place and turn off the integrated GPU? Ring any bell? Have you tried this setting?
Ah i see. Well I never had such an issue with my GPU but had a similar issue with my Wifi adapter. My wifi suddenly just vanished. Though sometimes it used to pop up but eventually updating the drivers did fixed it.
Not sure how to resolve if those options are not working.
I also have similar issue in my laptop, but it has (or had) 940 mx 4 gb. Laptop is almost 7 years old. GPU not detecting for past 2 months. Not even detecting in bios.
Any solution will be appreciated

Well why not start with the easiest option of updating drivers?
Tried, didn't work. It refuses to install new drivers. Uninstalling didn't work either :/

You're probably referring to Device Manager. Also, Yes, I've tried to check there but couldn't find my GPU there as well :/

Even searched it for you, device manager in control panel. under that check display adapters.
Yeah, I checked. It's not there :/
Nvm, Fixed it. It was a Driver issue after all.
Update: Fixed it.
What did you do to fix it?
Did a clean uninstall of drivers in Safe Mode.
