Any time I've had an issue support has been quick to fix. The payments go out in batches every 1-2 weeks so it can take a little bit to receive payment.
I believe they say replies can take up to 10 business days. Sometimes support can take a little for the initial reply but they are quick to resolve. I would wait a few days before you reach out again.
