Yep me too! The majority of my survey emails do that. I don’t know why.

Yes link in email opens app, quickly tries to load survey then routes me to the front page. 

Yes! Homecare products…tried opening it from the app and from Safari…neither one populates the survey.

It was a survey on Truffle Skincare, asking if you have allergies to truffle lol

I got that one too! Hopefully it’s for some expensive skincare

There was two sent out in a short time span, one for the truffle skincare and then another one for homecare. I'm also not able to open the survey but had no issues w/ the truffle skincare one earlier.

Did you can an alert via influenster or the actual email? I usually have to wait til I get the actual email to get it.

It’s the email. I usually click the link and it takes me to the survey but this one doesn’t. Looks like multiple people have the same issue.

I got a (rare) notification AND and email for the homecare survey and nothing. And I clicked within 2 min of receiving them

I have the same issue. Was able to take the truffle skincare survey but the home care survey won’t open when I try to open it through my email

Same here. Probably my 10th Homecare survey, I’ve never actually gotten any home improvement claim now’s so I don’t know why they keep targeting me for these specific surveys 😅
