If you can build, make a stair or something that can get you out
Just got myself unstuck from this predicament - I was stuck inside a pretty large desert rock formation so I built some stairs and jumped and deploying my glider it let me out.
I got it today too! I built a bed outside the rock wall. Hopped into it through the wall and then got up.
Just got stuck myself…The bed totally worked! (The stairs didn’t) Hooray, Reddit community!
Die from hunger. Respawn. Go and get your gear from where you died.
currently waiting for this to happen, I somehow glitched under the map and now I simply see the abyss

I found a spot where i was mostly out of it and then spammed jump and roll until I clipped out.
