Custom ones you've written yourself? Yes, you can see everything except the 2B line, which will always show up as all zeroes because it's an encrypted password field.
Official ones? No, a regular NFC reader can't read the whole thing.
Ya I alr responded to this on another thread, but this question is slightly different, so here. Nfc tag can die. Where they won't read/write. To fix this, you need to place it over an nfc reader that is not the toy pad. The NFC Tools app or LDTageditor both have worked for me, and some people on this sub say a New Nintendo 3ds, Wii U, or Switch Amiibo reader will fix the issue, but I haven't tried myself.
Nah no worries, I don't have an APK file on me atm, but "NFC Tools" is an app (found on app stores) designed to read and write generic nfcs, not dimensions only. Things such as digital business cards and all that jazz. There is, though, and nfc app used to write Dimensions stuff specifically, which u/McMurderpaws could help you out with.

Yeah no worries! It is my pleasure to help. Anyway no, official tags can die, the chances just aren't as likely as the unofficial ones. You can revive both the official and unofficial the same way.
