If on mobile you can get an app called skinseed, Console idk, and windows 10 the skindex.
I have yet to find any specifically genshin themed skin packs. I have found a Klee and Lisa skin, in the pack named "Cute Epic Anime Teens" by Rareloot. (The skins are named differently, probably to avoid copyright).
I'm surprised there's not more, considering how the marketplace is. Thanks though! :D
