The reality is this was originally a Muslim issue, then we got divided into Arab and non Arab. Then it became an Arab issue. Then the Arabs divided. So it became a Palestinian issue.
The flag of Palestine was drawn up by a British to unify Arabs and have them separate from the Turks. Well as we got separated we became easier to control.
It’s not purely our leaders fault (although they do take some blame). It’s our fault as an ummah. We still love our nationalism too much.
