This is very crude, but quite effective. And I’ve used both options very recently.
Fasten chain to big tree, fasten other end to area you want to bend. Turn wheel so forces are how you want. Back car up gently. Check progress with each bump. It takes less than you think, but a lot more than doing it with pipe wrenches, jacks and pry bars.
To pull up, put floor jack under area with a 4x4 on top pushing on area you want to move. As you jack up the weaker section of metal, the weight of the car will hold the rest of the car down.
Go to harbor freight and get the cheap 5 pound slide hammer to pull it back to where it should be. As for the bottom for it to go up just use a jack and a block of wood lol it won’t be perfect but from your post you’re just wanting the headlight to fit not for it to be perfect 😅🤷♂️

Yeah, I hit a deer in my accord once and we pulled it out with my crv and straps. Worked well, actually.
This is the way unless you feel like cutting and welding in a new core support.
Slide hammer on a chain maybe idk
might just take some monkey wrenches and go to town
Step one: Put crocs in sports mode Step two: Listen to @Relicc5

Just by a new core support and weld it in
