Is Goofy a better getaway driver now? No doubt Goofy was a top driver. He relied on driving skill to get away. Ming and Dundee aren't as good pure drivers but experience, map knowledge, craftiness and whatnot made them better getaway drivers.
His pure skill is enough to just slowly pull away, and he's good at tucking away and finding a hiding spot as soon as he breaks visual. There's been 0 times in 4.0 where he wasn't able to purely outskill the PD, but in 3.0 he had some moments where he would have to completely change his driving style to get away, and he is capable of doing that stuff when needed.

For people who watch them more religiously than I do, are the streams of ex cops like Lenny Hawk and Suarez once they're fired more enjoyable and fun or is it just the same but a different vibe? As someone who primarily watches a variety of crim characters, these characters seem to have new life breathed into them now.
Having watched Kyle, it's a mixed bag. You're used to very regular injections of RP, but it can actually be very high and very low at times. There's preparation, there's boring times, there's dead times, there's people in the group having busy work and other things to do that make you have nothing to do, but then when it's time for your story to develop people come together to assist you personally in a way you don't really get from PD most of the time except for one or two people who really like you. The RP can feel a lot more like a team effort with a greater reward, but it's also stop and go.
