What a great review. This is delicious. I was very fortunate to pick up a bottle of this from a Binny’s, close out for $160. I have wished I had pick up 2 at that price. I have about 2 drams left and really need to review it - cheers!
I got it from Amazon’s Peugeot store - it’s called the Impitoyable glass. It’s worth it; I find it to be better than a Glencairn, not sure if it’s because it introduces more air, or if the wider lip allows for better dispersal when you go to drink it. Also, Glencairns keep the liquid pretty strong and concentrated throughout a dram, whereas the Impitoyable will introduce air faster and open up your dram faster since there’s more room in the glass, and the bulge in the middle helps the spread.
If you do get it, just be sure to do what I did and test it for any defects. I had to return one because it would wobble on a flat surface, and at the price point you should expect some form of uniformity throughout the glass.
And it comes with 2 metal bases, that you put in the freezer and then under the glass to chill it by some degrees without putting ice in your drink. These glasses are perfect. But they are not cheap... got 2 for ~55€ 3 years ago
So I just revisited this, and this thing has definitely improved after the first pour - This time, the air has introduced papaya, strawberry starbust, and custard. I see a bit more of the tropicals on both the nose and the palate. I'll bump it all up to a 9.5 - so 9.5/10 after opening

Thank you! You found it for a steal haha. You should definitely review it; curious to see how the bottom of the bottle tastes, compared to a neck pour
I will. I’ve poured it into a small bottle. For good keeping. I’ll review it, it’s just delicious
Nice to see this series! Haven’t seen it in the wild for a long time. How much did this go for?
This one I found for $300 - hard to find at that price, but I think it's worth it. That's about 2-3 trips to the bar you can bench, well worth it lol
I think thats the prettiest bottle I have ever seen.
I bought this from a local store 2 years ago and cracked it open immediately as well. It’s absolutely delicious. Great review
It is; I do wish I got some more of the tropical notes some of the other reviewers noticed
I was gifted a bottle of this and I've been slowly emptying it over the last couple of years. Great review!
im a child... i giggled when i read "bro dick"
Brodick is actually pronounced ‘braw-dick’ which is even funnier
Probably only if you're from North East Scotland!
Or Sweden !!
Where did you get that glass?
