I’m not an expert in weight training or anything, but watching him work out here (and in LIP) I can’t help but notice how quickly he does each rep. When I do use weights I try to do each rep as slowly as possible. I wouldn’t think doing it so quickly would be as effective.
Please correct me if I’m wrong, it’s just an observation I made while rewatching his season of LIP with my daughter.

He should be more lean and defined with all the working out and healthy organic clean eating he’s supposedly doing, yep!
