The blue plastic crown dummy stem is to be removed. If you broke it, it isn't an issue. Just press the dummy stem all the way in and press a small lever next to it to remove.
I did this exact same thing. The movement was a tight in the movement holder, I tried to remove the movement with the stem and it broke inside. Try the lever and gravity. For me, it did not work so I have ordered small screwdriver to try to disassemble it from the front and remove the stem but since it will be my first time I consider my movement dead. good luck
Yep! I managed to disassemble the movement and get the piece out, but when reassembling the spring was so hard to put back it bent a little. I gave up and ordered a new one:))

I’ve tried, but I think I broke it a little too deep! I took the loss and bought a new movement. (First build 😖)
