I hit the odd 100/1+ multi spread across different sports every once in a while, but only $5 - $20 wagers. A few weeks ago someone posted a 550/1 in /r/sportsbook from NCAAB matches. Crazy ticket, one of the legs was like $12 and most of the other legs were around $1.20 each.
My own personal football best was a 44/1 SGM for Utd vs City a few years back. It was the Xmas of OGS's first full season. Utd were very fragile but had real quality and City's recent form wasn't great. The bookies only seemed to take Utd's fragility into account and priced them at $9 to win, which was mental. I added Martial and Rashford to score and o 9.5 corners to take me to $44. Utd absolutely tore them apart. They were 2-0 up well before half time, with Rashford and Martial scoring. B365's early payout meant I only had to wait 10 minutes of the 2nd half for the corners leg to hit and cash the ticket. I'll always cherish that bet.
