Surely there was a typo and you meant to say 120mg.
[NCBI](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18058301/) says that if you’ve taken more than 2mg/kg of instant release or more than 4mg/kg of extended release should be referred to the emergency department.

Well now why would you take that much.. Not a normal reaction cuz that’s far from “normal” dose. Especially if you’ve taken this much before. Maybe go to hospital? 911?
I’ve gotten nauseous before on stimulants, but not to this extent or even throwing up. Although, there was just 1 isolated incident I had thrown up, but I am not sure whether or not it was from the stimulants.
Did you eat beforehand/how long ago was your last meal? Did you drink any water today?
I notice that I will feel really nauseous if I have barely eaten.
Within what window and how many doses?
I've shot 1000 mg over 12 hours, in spaced 50 mg doses, with no problems.
But a 1200 mg bolus is a whole different animal !
Why ?
