Also I was doing the Robbie quest and when I made it back to..... I can't remember the name but something Landing you can go down a well and a quest starts down there in the caves and they went one forever. I popped up on top of the ground near Hyrule Castle. I was tripping lol and there's not even a map for that part I think?

Edit: I found it in the area under the Gerudo region, and I read in another thread a theory that the spawns are linked with the surface area that’s above you.
No concrete evidence of this that I’m aware of so far though, but interesting theory nonetheless

Spirit of a hylian soldier from 100 years ago. Similar to the poes in that it's a trapped spirit, but it's held onto that weapon and protected it. Take it and free them
In the depths, I find many in central hyrule depths and they are usually on top of raised ground. The most that you might see in a group are usually about three.
