The footage was likely recovered from his phone or camera after Ukraine killed him and searched his body for intelligence. All electronic devices are gonna be taken and searched for anything and everything Ukraine could potentially use.
These guys have no chances of taking this town they should surrender or withdraw they may have air support but they have zero armour support they are fighting battle harden Ukrainians

All the rounds hear in the video are other russian squads suppresing the ukranians so they can advance.
You've obviously don't understand tactics whatsoever because this was suppressing/cover fire.
