I'd say more like Rob Paulson. Mel Blanc was almost mythical in how he could emulate a character. Look up the skit where Daffy and Bugs were trying to imitate each other: the inflections and depth of understanding to have one voice trying to sound like another, leading into four different voices between two characters, all done by one person. Paulson and Strong are gifted voice actors, and on each other's level. They haven't quite hit the Blanc level yet.
