I had been looking for this watch for quite some time, only I didn't want to spend the amount that eBay listings were looking for, so I finally got one from the watch exchange here, and it's everything I wanted it to be. The AR coating really is almost invisible. The titanium is so light, that it almost feels fake, if that makes sense. The finishing on the indices and hands really is superb. I would like to eventually put it on a blue leather or suede strap to match the subtle seconds hand. The pins holding the bracelet together aren't the typical split cotter pins that I've seen, but are a solid bar with a small split cuff piece that goes in the link you are adjoining to. I just have to get used to not having any lume on it!
Edit: oh it's a SARX055 AKA "Baby Snowflake"
I'm considering this watch for my wedding day actually! Do you guys think it would fit that bill? I'm on the sportier side, so definitely no gold ultra-thin dress watches for me.
This watch is very versatile. You could put it on pretty much any leather band as well for a little more dressiness. If you do like the brown leather and gold case look, but want to go sportier, check out the Glycine Combat Classic open heart. I absolutely love mine.
It has a kind of translucency about it that I like. The heat blued hands on others that I've seen stand out more as blue, where this one looks dark unless light hit it a certain way.
Yeah my bad, the sarx 035 has all 3 hands painted blue, this one only has the seconds, still to my eyes these lacquered blue hands look fine, just not something id want to see at this price
Imagine being such a seiko fanboy that you downvote this, well guess what mate, your brand is no longer value.

Wearing mine right now, love it!
What's a mini grail?
Hah, it's like not quite my end game watch(holy grail), but it's close.
So what’s the end game goal? :)
Honestly, I'm not sure. The SBGY003 is an amazing watch, that I would love to own.
You and me both!
The SARX055 is definitely an awesome watch. I just upgraded to an SBGA211 and the 055 still holds its own in my book. Very nice piece dude.
That looks amazing! What kind of movement is put into these?
>SARX055 6R15
I love the presage line. Congratulations!
Hey u/mezzfit, Congratulations on this acquisition! it is a very cool piece indeed.

Such a cool piece all they way from the dial to the titanium case and bracelet, but man painted blue hands for 900ish is quite a letdown.
It's only the seconds hand that's blue. And it's honestly quite difficult (for me at least) to discern if it's painted or heat blued.

That and the 6R15 movement are about the only gripes I have with it. I got it *well* below the usual price, so I'm alright with it.
How of you don’t mind me asking? I’m also considering this watch
