It's not easy, trust me I know, but it does get better if you work on it. Every time you think something negative of yourself just ask yourself if it's something you would say to a friend. Be a friend to yourself and eventually you'll grow to love yourself. That's what has helped me. I'm still a work in progress but definitely better than I was a few years ago. It takes time but it's worth it.
