You mean the Klarna purchase? Not sure, never tried it. They try to make you purchase through their in-app browser but they give you the card details for the one time card so I imagine you could probably the card as a payment method on your own browser after you've gone through TopCashBack and then I imagine to the cashback site it would look like a normal purchase.
