If you have a seat, the show starts at 8 and she usually comes out at 9. If you have standing floor, you want to come much earlier than 7:30. As for leaving, scheduling an Uber/Lyft will not guarantee you a ride, to be honest with you. You have thousands of cars trying to get in and out the lots and you have hundreds of people also trying to get ubers. Even if you schedule one, the chances of you getting it in time is very slim.
My show ended about 11:40pm and I didn't get inside of a car until 1am. My friends and I walked as far as we could away from the mayhem, finally got an uber that was 8 minutes away but that 8 minutes turned into 25 because the driver was stuck in the stadium traffic and couldn't get to us due to sections being blocked off. My best advice for leaving is walking a distance away from the stadium parking lot and traffic and then try to set uber up. Trust, everyone is thinking about scheduling rides ahead of time and that's apart of the mayhem. Good luck!
Oof, I highly recommend leaving earlier than 7:30pm. I'm going to the Vegas show too - I'm not sure if you've looked at the events that weekend, but it is a very busy weekend (T-mobile arena has a show too, not to mention literally all of the other venues). There's always a ton of traffic on and near the strip, and I think that weekend will be especially busy.
I don't recommend scheduling an Uber in advance either, unfortunately. To be honest, since it's Vegas it might be quicker to take a taxi. There will be taxis lined up and you can just hop in one (whereas Ubers, you'll have to wait for your driver to show up and then find them through in all the chaos). It might be easier to walk further away from the stadium (maybe walk towards Mandalay Bay) and then get an Uber from there.

I will definitely consider a taxi leaving and walking away from the stadium. i was just thinking of leaving at 7:30 because from the recent shows, she hasnt been starting until almost 9. I will go a but earlier then :) thanks again
