Doesn't even have to be dragged really. If the throttle is stuck, the gyroscopic nature of the wheels will often keep the bike in the correct orientation to continue forward. We see it all the time when a rider falls off and the bike just keeps going.
I race dirt bikes and I had a similar thing happen to me on a yz125, where a guy fell of his bike exiting the start gate, and its handlebars caught my bike and an hitched a ride.
I once found my phone in the third to last spot I checked.
No bullshit story time, I had a blackout and had to find my phone to call the wife hoping the cell service was still good. Could not find it. Literally took the phone out of my pocket, turned on the flashlight. About 30 seconds into my second check of my kitchen I realised it was in my hand, the preceded to check both my dresser top and night stand for my phone so I could then call my wife. She still things it's funny to this day. Though not as bad as here wearing her glasses on her face while looking for her glasses.
I once had a pair of Maui Jim's, wrap arounds, that were Soo comfortable on that once, when I was getting ready to go out, I spent literally 20 minutes looking for them alllll over, only to realize I was wearing them. Also, I was high.
