Since it’s free you can just easily set it up and look for yourself. I just use Revolut for now but i also have a WiSE account. Both are free and do basically the same. Try it out and then discontinue the other.
I used only revolut for currency exchange and for spending money in other countries and travel it works great. I have many accounts that use depending on purpose. All have their advantages. For general use I would use local bank because I have a few tradicional banks that are free and their app offer more functionality and integration than revolut with local payment system.
I use bunw, the higher interest rate is paying back the fees with just a few thousand euros in a savings account. I have my own savings + joint savings generating interest, and then my personal and a joint account.

I just started using Revolut join account one week ago, so far so good But I believe I read somewhere on the terms and conditions that is not free
