Kim going to the Asian Cup was a massive mistake in hindsight. Guy was class in the 1st half of the season. 1 league loss when partnered w Upa, in form, starting to establish chemistry w the team and BOOOM benched for almost a majority of the 2nd half. People are surprised that he gave up 2 goals like that after he barely got time on the pitch for a good 3-4 months?
>tactically assess
hard to tactically assess space when your fullbacks don't drop back to cover for you... seems like a pretty glaring trend anytime our CB's get aggressive lol. Also, what is this inconsistency you are talking about? In terms of passing? I agree. In terms of purep defensive skill? He's been by far our best CB in the 1st half of the season when he was starting. Tuchel slotted in Dier and we lost the league in the 2nd half with our defense getting noticeably worse.
Mazraoui played really well today, I really liked Laimer’s physical presence also. Once we have our defense in line and transform our chances we’ll look really solid
Kim got absolutely rinsed for that 1st goal... and then a braindead tackle to give them a pen, better hope to god De Ligt starts for the 2nd leg. Made Dier look world class today.
What a bizarre take. Dier's "world-classness" is judged relative to the opposition's attackers, not to his partner CB? Apparently, you and a few other "fans" think the main match today was actually Dier vs. Kim.
Lol I watched the UCL match as a neutral. And are we not allowed to compare the relative performance of 2 defenders in the team wtf lol and based on today's game I didn't really say much wrong...
Nah I said Dier looked world class today, Kim didn't. I really gotta spell it out for ya. I know there's a good player in Kim, just didn't see it today.
donno why you get downvoted. But this game was a missive missed chance. Also real only not advancing once in about 25 times in CL after drawing the first leg away
It is almost over in Madrid - the big chance was that Match
https://fcbayern.com/en/news/2024/03/facts-ahead-of-der-klassiker-between-bayern-and-dortmund
Heres the official Bayern page calling it that also.
Love it or hate it, its what its known as outside of Germany.
We know .
Nice victim of marketing .
No one calls it that who actually follows the sport. I’m assuming you’re American ?
You’re going to keep linking me marketing pages ?
No Im Polish, lol. The British media also uses Der Klassiker and so does Marca and probably countless others.
This definitely isnt an American thing, lol.
Hey, it seems like you **really** enjoy talking plastics and other synthetic materials, so do we !
Did you know that 73% of beach litter worldwide is plastic and that over 700 marine species, such as sea turtles and dolphins, are endangered due to plastic waste polluting our oceans ?
Or that fish in the North Pacific ingest approx. 12,000 to 24,000 tons of plastic each year, which can cause intestinal injury and death and transfers plastic up the food chain to bigger fish, marine mammals and human seafood eaters ? And that there are over 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic debris in the ocean with some 269.000 tons of plastic float on the surface, while some four billion plastic microfibers per square kilometer litter the deep sea ?
As you can see, this is a real problem as the ocean is our life support system - the oxygen for every second breath we take comes from it !
Luckily, even **you** can make a difference. And it’s quite easy too !
Our friends over at the [Oceanic Society](https://www.oceanicsociety.org/) came up with some quick and easy ways that enable you in your daily life to help protect our oceans:
1) Reduce Your Use of Single-Use Plastics
Wherever you live, the easiest and most direct way that you can get started is by reducing your own use of single-use plastics. Single-use plastics include plastic bags, water bottles, straws, cups, utensils, dry cleaning bags, take-out containers, and any other plastic items that are used once and then discarded.
The best way to do this is by a) refusing any single-use plastics that you do not need (e.g. straws, plastic bags, takeout utensils, takeout containers), and b) purchasing, and carrying with you, reusable versions of those products, including reusable grocery bags, produce bags, bottles, utensils, coffee cups, and dry cleaning garment bags. And when you refuse single-use plastic items, help businesses by letting them know that you would like them to offer alternatives.
2) Recycle Properly
This should go without saying, but when you use single-use (and other) plastics that can be recycled, always be sure to recycle them. At present, just 9% of plastic is recycled worldwide. Recycling helps keep plastics out of the ocean and reduces the amount of “new” plastic in circulation. If you need help finding a place to recycle plastic waste near you and life in North America, [check Earth911’s recycling directory](http://search.earth911.com/). It's also important to check with your local recycling center about the types of plastic they accept.
Also, if you follow [this link](https://marine-conservation.org/support-us/) you can send a small donation to the[ Marine Conservation Institute](https://marine-conservation.org/support-us/) that helps protect our oceans.
#**On a more related note:**
Calling other users plastic is not the way we treat each other. Everyone is just a fan - just like yourself ! Gatekeeping in any way, shape or form is frowned up and has to stop. It might even get you banned from this sub, too.
Furthermore, in the end it really only makes **you** look bad in the eyes of everyone else.Because putting people down is just the same as putting yourself down. Relying on pushing or looking down on others exposes your own needs of feeling superior on the cost of others. As soon as you do it, you are already on the defensive side and showing your own insecurity and vulnerability.“

It surely has a lot of significance but nobody in Germany calls it that, as it has been discussed here a myriad of times. A matchup does not need a special name to be significant.
Laimer totally pocketed Vini and Bellingham most of the game. Just 2 good scenes from Vini (goal and before the pen) most thanks to Laimer there wasnt more
Tbf, RM did not play better than City or Leipzig. They just have “that”. Call it luck, experience, whatever. They can play like ass for 70 minutes that they will score on the first time they arrive. Let’s hope they do not have it anymore
I don’t stand for all the Kim hate. He has been trying his best and did pretty good. Obviously, he should have been better but he doesn’t deserve the hate. Also I think if we do well in training and learn to finish, we will absolutely expose them.
Kim didn't learn and Vinicius got away again and Neuer saved. They clearly targeted him
Ancelotti adjusted and took out Nacho. Maybe, maybe we should have taken Kim out and replaced with Upamecano who is faster than him and hopefully instructed by Tuchel to not overcommitt.
Live with it for now until Madrid wins by a goal in the next leg, will be tougher to live with if that’s the case. Need to take every advantage you can against a good team like this.
Just wanted to come back to this comment. The 2nd goal killed us. Now could have won if not for screw ups in 2nd leg but still. I knew it would come back to haunt us.
Their first goal was the backbreaker. You'd never expect Manu to not hold that ball cleanly in a million years. While I will admit that individual mistakes over both legs ultimately cost us the tie, I maintain that it is always better to be tied and wait for your moments v having to chase the game from the jump against team like that who is quick on the counter
Besides the disasterclass that Kim has done, I saw our players play with fire. The first time in a long time. InshaAllah we can get a win at the Bernabeu. We went to pens when we drew to them last time, and we know what happened.
I won’t stand for all this Kim slander right now. He undoubtedly had a rough game and is responsible for the two goals, but he also had any consistent playing time since the fall. It’s so hard to come in to a team and be perfect when you’re not playing regularly, especially a team like RM.
Started so good too, had some really good breaks, strong in the air etc. Too bad about the mistakes. Hope he can come back better and even stronger. I for one has not given up on him.
Strong in the air yes but susceptible to the quick turn. And Madrid have Kroos and Modric to exploit that.
If real had a lumbering striker, Kim would feast on that
Score line could have easily been 4-2 if we finish some of those early 1st half chances or the corners that we were dominating. Still feel good going into the second leg
Mia san mia! Everything is still possible! Imagine losing that game… now we have an away game full of opportunity. I just hope Tel gets a chance against stuttgart
What is it with Bayern and slipping up against Madrid? It’s not as bad as the ulreich howler in 2018 but man come on…
The referees protect Madrid as it is, we don’t need to make things even harder for us.
Tuchel has kept Kim on ice leading up to the UCL, but what can you do? Put pressure on him for his starting position for months while he's warming the bench, and then start him in the hardest match of the season. Unfortunate for Kim and unfortunate for Bayern.
It is. Real are known for making insane comebacks at home. Even 3-2 victory wouldn't have been enough. Especially with our records away from home. Hope Dortmund manage to win it
What? How were we outclassed? They barely had chances. And if wasn’t Kim, it would had been upa and you would say the same thing if upa made those mistakes.
Kim is Upa 2.0 and Its no surprise.
When I saw that de ligt is injured, I instantly knew either kim or upa are gonna throw the game. Everyone denying that is delusional
Honestly kinda disappointed with the result. We were mostly the dominate team and should had scored with the chances we had. Also first goal was self inflicted. But it was a good game overall.
We outplayed this team for 90 minutes, but two mistakes kept RM in the match.
We should be proud of today's performance, even though a tie heading into Bernabeu is not ideal. We can outplay them on the road if we play better football again. We're still very much in this match.
What hurts the most is we have been by far the better team and I hate to say it but it is literally the two mistakes that have given Madrid the draw. We go again next week and we can absolutely beat them there
The point being we had numerous to close the match early on, failure to do so we walk away we a draw in rival territory. We are facing a team we haven't beaten since 2012 , a team that scores from nothing. A team that has been incredible in the champions league the last few years in their stadium. It's a wrap
I'm being realistic what advantage to we honestly have. They're equally experienced if not more so, they're more clinical, plus they're playing at home. You honestly believe we are going to trash them at away when we couldn't do it at home ?
I'm being realistic. I would love to eat my own words but let's look at the record ever since 2012 we failed to beat Real within 90 mins. Real have overcame incredible deficits at home in the last few years
We needed a win today to be more confident next week. Right now the only advantage I can think of is their lack of strikers, but with players like Vinicius and Rodrygo that can score out of nothing, we are toast
If we begin examining the matches across the board we see a common theme. The referee. This is what makes it scary, it's outside of our control and something we cannot account for.
Who would have thought we‘d be playing like that. Seriously. Good effort from the team just shows what we are capable of. Im really not that pessimistic for our away game but kim needs to get his shit together
I know the game ended a while back but how does Sane just turn into prime CR7 every couple matches
With mazra performance i have no problem selling davies
Great game. I hope Tuchel will rest most of the players and give a chance to the other players so we end up rested and fit for the second game

there is an imposter amogus 👽🚀
Kim going to the Asian Cup was a massive mistake in hindsight. People are surprised that he gave up 2 goals like that after he barely got time on the pitch for a good 3-4 months?
He‘s always been inconsistent and doesn’t have the best grasp of space and how to tactically assess it.
>tactically assess hard to tactically assess space when your fullbacks don't drop back to cover for you... seems like a pretty glaring trend anytime our CB's get aggressive lol. Also, what is this inconsistency you are talking about? In terms of passing? I agree. In terms of purep defensive skill? Laimer is the closest thing I’ve seen to Kante or Ramires from Chelsea
The last time it was Upa today it is Kim... hmm
Upa has been prone for mistakes all his career and Kim hasn't played a lot recently.
It's almost like there's a pattern here that is not specific to a single CB...
Yup
Expected more from Bellingham to be honest, not that I am not happy about it
Tuchel stopped him
He was stopped against city, and by Barca except for his last second tap in as well.
Kim.

If you're saying that comparing Dier to Kim made Dier look world class today, then you're saying Kim is a benchmark for world-classness?
Nah I said Dier looked world class today, Kim didn't. I really gotta spell it out for ya. I know there's a good player in Kim, just didn't see it today.
Your first comment says Kim "Made Dier look world class today."
You just love being insufferable
Nice talking to you.
missed chance. now madrid wll win
donno why you get downvoted. But this game was a missive missed chance. Also real only not advancing once in about 25 times in CL after drawing the first leg away It is almost over in Madrid - the big chance was that Match
Bellingham trying to mess with Kane during the pen 😂 it’s Harry Kane bro he is gonna score
![gif](giphy|Nm9cjy2xI67TZnGYCd|downsized)
I’m still in awe of that Sane shot tho. Robben must be smiling.
That was a thunderbolt of a shot holy shit.
Sane is nuts man
He was indeed. (He was on the pitch after the game as a pundit.)
Dortmund fan here, Der Klassiker final please
You’re definitely not a Dortmund fan . Who calls it der Klassiker
The Bundesliga. https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/news/klassiker-2013-champions-league-final-bayern-munich-borussia-dortmund-wembley-7875
lol they also call the national team Die Mannschaft Nice victim of marketing though…

It surely has a lot of significance but nobody in Germany calls it that, as it has been discussed here a myriad of times. A matchup does not need a special name to be significant.
What do you call Bayern vs Bochum?
Derby'd Italia I think
Dont look that good. Hope u make it better today
Praying for it, imagine the atmosphere
So much better than a vardrid vs p$g final
That’s what you’ll get lol

So far we have railed literally every RMA player except Vini, if Kim or De ligt join the party in the next game YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS
Laimer totally pocketed Vini and Bellingham most of the game. Just 2 good scenes from Vini (goal and before the pen) most thanks to Laimer there wasnt more
agree
Can DeLigt play next week? Or is he out till late may?
Apparently it’s still open but I feel it’s more likely than not that he doesn’t start at least
Well done boys. We were the better team but it is what it is. We can still win this. Mia san mia.
Why is Peter Schmeichel such a cunt?
salty about trashing his rubbish team in the group stage
He predicted Bayern beating Arsenal
He's a hater. Man Utd sucks and he's always been a cunt
I thought that ref was great
Musiala was so good today. He missed 2 chances but he provoked real defense so much, and also got us a pen. Props to Laimer too
Laimer really stepped up eh. Cuz he was snoozing on the pitch against Arsenal.
Now I see why so many people hate Vini...f\*\*k that guy...
He wasnt that visible as i saw him in many other games.
He’s a rat bastard but he’s their rat bastard
One of the most punchable faces I've seen.
He's a great player but a cry baby like Neymar.
Well played boys cant blame Kim min jae. Napoli only bring 1 season wonders like oshimen and kavara no doubt
that refs lets the game play on for 3 fouls just to call a foul for madrid ffs
MOTM is Laimer and honorable mention is Neuer, both were world class today
Even tho i can feel the Kim hate its not getting us anywhere. I mean he needs to step his game up but hes playing vini coming from the bench…
Sane was a man on a mission tonight BTW Kane like a machine like usual Laimer 🔥 Muller 🔥 Dier has nerves of steel Manu saved our asses twice
Carvajal will be back for the second leg so that side of their defense won’t be as leaky
I feel deflated tbh. Had this at our tips. That game at the Bernabeu is going to be so crucial 🙏
Pretty sure it’s gonna go to pens
good show fellers
Are we cooked next week ? I hope not
Tbf, RM did not play better than City or Leipzig. They just have “that”. Call it luck, experience, whatever. They can play like ass for 70 minutes that they will score on the first time they arrive. Let’s hope they do not have it anymore

He didn't play well at all. Vini got past him multiple times and he couldn't handle his pressing
One mistake is alright but a professional defender should know better. Dier easily would‘ve gotten the ball there.
maybe its becuase of bad rotation he got cold feet i mean he was barely given any playtime
still - i‘ll give him the first one, got caught lacking, but you gotta be a little more thoughtful in the box imo
We should've won, but we didn't lose. I'll live with it
Live with it for now until Madrid wins by a goal in the next leg, will be tougher to live with if that’s the case. Need to take every advantage you can against a good team like this.
It's better having to score one goal than two
Just wanted to come back to this comment. The 2nd goal killed us. Now could have won if not for screw ups in 2nd leg but still. I knew it would come back to haunt us.
Their first goal was the backbreaker. You'd never expect Manu to not hold that ball cleanly in a million years. While I will admit that individual mistakes over both legs ultimately cost us the tie, I maintain that it is always better to be tied and wait for your moments v having to chase the game from the jump against team like that who is quick on the counter
cant blame kim hes slow af compared to vini
Rma are even more annoying than Man city imho
You can say mean things but you can't compare us with that scum club... 😔
Look, even Man City defenders couldn't stop Madrid from scoring. Madrid is a strong team.
Going up against Vini too.
Going against RM at all. That team could be a middle of the road La Liga team and still be in the UCL final. They just know how to turn it on.
De ligt in next game If that was ever a question even
If it isn’t ref mistakes then it’s shocking mistakes from players whenever we play these mfs. Who did they sacrifice for this?
I’m still backing kim btw. Can’t blame him too much when the first game you play since basically the fall is Real Madrid
Mia san mia! Everything is still possible! Imagine losing that game… now we have an away game full of opportunity. I just hope Tel gets a chance against stuttgart
What is it with Bayern and slipping up against Madrid? It’s not as bad as the ulreich howler in 2018 but man come on… The referees protect Madrid as it is, we don’t need to make things even harder for us.
Should’ve won it this.. two mistakes by Kim cost us.. we will win in Madrid.. mark my words
Tuchel has kept Kim on ice leading up to the UCL, but what can you do? Put pressure on him for his starting position for months while he's warming the bench, and then start him in the hardest match of the season. Unfortunate for Kim and unfortunate for Bayern.
Fair assessment tbh
Kim Min Jae ruined my night
2-2 feels like a loss I hate it
It is. Real are known for making insane comebacks at home. Even 3-2 victory wouldn't have been enough. Especially with our records away from home. Hope Dortmund manage to win it
Real didn't really play too well against Leipzig and City at home.
Real managed to win. We had cluster of chances and failed to convert. Real had a handful and made the most of it. That's the difference
To make everyone feel better tbf they also gave away a really really stupid and unnecessary pen. It just hurts cause we outplayed them so much
Musiala was losing the ball too much tonight! Y’all love to blindly praise players
Musiala gave us a penalty and created many occasions. Either ur blind or ur trolling
[удалено]
and you’re a certified blind citizen. apply for government benefits
[удалено]
little wanker, don’t call me bro
Always vulnerable at the back.
Ngl this stings more than a loss. Should’ve won 2-0 bro not to mention the missed chances
So Tuchel got outclassed… RM recognized the weak link in Kim and they kept on pushing.. Tuchel did not change anything
Brazilian players make kim look clueless, streets make this players good
brazilian players love to dive ffs
What? How were we outclassed? They barely had chances. And if wasn’t Kim, it would had been upa and you would say the same thing if upa made those mistakes.
Tuchel that got hated by this sub for months when he benched Kim…
Dier is our 2nd best cb and the best one is injured
Rudiger telling Sane how to get the ref in the bag
hope de ligt comes back and we can sell kim forever and never see that shit eating “whoops!” face he does ever again
classic way for RMA to save a game They cant and they won't keep getting away with this
Apparently they can
They won't next week
Kim is Upa 2.0 and Its no surprise. When I saw that de ligt is injured, I instantly knew either kim or upa are gonna throw the game. Everyone denying that is delusional
We will win the second leg. 1-3.
I would like to believe that but who’ll score those 3 goals at Bernebeu when we couldn’t do that in Allianz. Hope that is true tho. Mia San Mia
Brother we couldn't beat Lazio or Arsenal away from home
Not with this kind of attitude. We are Bayern Munich. We can smell the final at wembley. We will win away.
We're going up against Satanic magic and in their own backyard. We need some heavy Divine intervention to overcome it
[удалено]
Dier would even get the ball without Kim fouling. Just bad man
It sucks because we would’ve held on to the 2-1 lead if we didn’t give away that stupid pen, momentum was on our side
De ligt better be ready for the next leg

Polaken
Even though I like Kim. That’s pretty funny.
Bryan asking for Vini Jr shirt -.-
Looks like Davies got it for him and gave it to him
He's star-struck.
at least it was a benchwarmer and not a starter
The ref is practically giddy to meet Modric
i would be too
You aren’t a ref
Trust me y"all just freeze our players here and take them to Bernabeu, we will cook rma there
Time to return the favor for what they did in 14
I blame Uli and Kim for this
Uli is a fucking clown for what he said this week.
need de ligt in second leg
Honestly kinda disappointed with the result. We were mostly the dominate team and should had scored with the chances we had. Also first goal was self inflicted. But it was a good game overall.

We've always played better at Madrid.
And I'm confident we will again. We're playing champions league football now and not the mediocre shit that plagued our BL season.
Instead of going with a 4-0 to Madrid we go with 2-2 because of two individual stupid mistakes
What hurts the most is we have been by far the better team and I hate to say it but it is literally the two mistakes that have given Madrid the draw. We go again next week and we can absolutely beat them there
We are gonna humble these lot at their own backyard. Mark my fucking words
These Lot scored TWO goals against City in the span of 3 mins. No way we can when we struggled against Lazio and Arsenal away
We scored two goals in a few minutes as well? what’s your point here?
The point being we had numerous to close the match early on, failure to do so we walk away we a draw in rival territory. We are facing a team we haven't beaten since 2012 , a team that scores from nothing. A team that has been incredible in the champions league the last few years in their stadium. It's a wrap
Take your negativity elsewhere
I'm being realistic what advantage to we honestly have. They're equally experienced if not more so, they're more clinical, plus they're playing at home. You honestly believe we are going to trash them at away when we couldn't do it at home ?
No one said we expect to trash them away. If we stick to the game plan, it’s totally doable. I’m not sure where the negativity comes from
I'm being realistic. I would love to eat my own words but let's look at the record ever since 2012 we failed to beat Real within 90 mins. Real have overcame incredible deficits at home in the last few years We needed a win today to be more confident next week. Right now the only advantage I can think of is their lack of strikers, but with players like Vinicius and Rodrygo that can score out of nothing, we are toast
We did beat them in 2017 in 90 mins. Took extra time for them to beat us. Even I forgot this. Lol
>Even I forgot this. This is one of those matches thats better to be forgotten for obvious reasons but fair point
If you take 90 mins technically, we won 2-1 and drew 2-2 there last two trips
If we begin examining the matches across the board we see a common theme. The referee. This is what makes it scary, it's outside of our control and something we cannot account for.
Kim why so dim today
Bayern 2 - KMJ 2 😒😒😒
GG Real already made it to another final. Couldn't win at hope, don't fancy our chances away.
So glad he started Thomas
lol he was basically invisible
Ah ok Bro ..
Kim kostet uns das Halbfinale
Wir spielen doch noch ein rückspiel warum so negativ
Absolute Disasterclass today from Kim
Man we could’ve won this so easily. Fuckin luck
at least Kane scored
Full time
Who would have thought we‘d be playing like that. Seriously. Good effort from the team just shows what we are capable of. Im really not that pessimistic for our away game but kim needs to get his shit together
He just needs to take a look , a long look at Jeon Jeong Seo when she threw a baseball. That should inspire anyone to do well
Such a shame, the team gave it all on the pitch but a lot of missed chances and 2 stupid mistakes make this 2:2 unfortunately feel like a loss
Karma is a bitch lol that's exactly how I felt after the Arsenal vs Bayern 1st leg
