A local Lebanese restaurant where I live has a lebneh "pizza" which is lebneh on this thin flax bread on a garden of black olives, greens, and heirloom tomatoes. It's to die for.

I often buy plain cheese freezer pizzas and then top them with tuna, onion, and of course, pickles, and add more cheese on top. If I call it a pizza it seems disgusting, but if I label it a delux tuna melt it becomes incredible.

I would eat this on the condition that it's a regular cheese pizza with dried pickles just tossed on after the cooking is done.
