It’s amazing! The jelly donut one is in a super rich frozen custard. Tastes like homemade custard my grandmother made when I was a kid. Only had these 2 myself, don’t know which one to try next.

Is that fish sauce there for a reason? Or are going to pair it with the ice cream? My mom does green apples dipped in fish sauce so it’s not too far out to put it on ice cream.

Yep. Green baking apples sliced up and dipped into fish sauce. My memory might be fading but I think she added salt and red pepper flakes. No idea about the extra salt except for texture. And it wouldn’t be a bad idea in the ice cream. Salty with sweet.
I got it twice first time I didn’t like the butter cake at first and then got used to it and decided to get again, the second time I had double the amount of butter cake . I do like the sauce so much though

i am 99.9% sure you won’t be disappointed. it’s not too heavy on the butterscotch imo. everything balances out very nicely.
That was originally why I didn’t gravitate to it. Not a butterscotch fan, but I got it and it’s delicious!
