It will depend in what bank account you have. If your bank allows you to have a USD/EUR/GBP account and an EGP account it may be possible to make the transfer without issue. You will need to speak with your bank.
If you are able to send USD/EUR/GBP via alternative means to Wise. You can send to ibkr from Wise without issue.
Wise does support EGP but you cannot send EGP to Wise as far as I know.
