I know they were afraid they’d lose big in 22 and didn’t want to be without it if they were the minority but they should have done it anyway because it’d be better for representative democracy.

The court would still be 5-4 conservative right now even if Dems had been able to replace her and the results would still be the same. 2016 has turned out to be the most consequential election in US history, and in every possible negative way.
A "stolen" seat was really the moment that needs to be addressed. That was Obama's appointment and McConnell robbed it. It was legal, it was dirty, it should be fixed. That seat is the real issue. It's clear that no mechanism built into our framework will be sufficient to hold Trump accountable. With the Supreme Court in his pocket, Trump will be our next President. The outcome of the election is irrelevant, he'll simply challenge in the Courts. With this in mind it becomes of utmost importance to see and hear all of the government's case. If we're going to have any shot at shutting this Coup down, Biden needs to get all of this information (probably illegal, but who cares at this point) before our citizens. I loathe Trump. I love America. We cannot abide him, lest he be the deaths of us all.

This sets a dangerous precedent as everytime an administration from the opposite party takes control they will seek to expand courts further.
Expansion is a decent idea, but it doesn't solve the big issues. Term limits/set limit (perhaps 16 or 20 years staggered so there are always 1-2 seats up), along with scrutiny of ethics with termination for repeated violations.
It's obvious that our current system leads to bribery, corruption, and single presidents having way too much power to influence the judicial system (you know, the system that is supposed to keep the president in check). We have Zoom, there is no reason we need to keep the number of judges so low that buying a few changes things. I think we should have at least 100 judges on the Supreme Court.
