I went from "has it really only been 20 years... " with ROTJ to "how the hell has it been 20 years already" with ROTS and now my head is spinning.
Oh I can picture it now! Holy crap! Okay, so then you build a giant technic thing to position them all on, and some (or all if fully insane) are on complex assemblies that lift them up and towards the center. How cool would that be? :D
Duel on the Invisible Hand is the only set I want.
Minifigs: Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Count Dooku, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, Super Battle Droid (x2)
Accessories:
* Anakin Skywalker: Cape, lightsaber
* Obi-Wan Kenobi: Cape, lightsaber
* Count Dooku: Cape, lightsaber
Build: Palpatine's chair, floor, central table, pillars, balcony, two sets of stairs
Play features: Collapsible balcony, balcony minifig jumping platform, rotating circular floor tiles for dynamic play.
Collapsing balcony and stairs is a must. They would make for such a great recreation/play set with screen accurate play features. Hopefully it would just end up being like Battle for Peridea but with Palpatines chair.
Look my favourite walker is the AT-AP, but we’ve had three already, and the last two are the same as each other basically, and near perfect for Lego. No way we need another one sorry
That would be good, but you have 2 big walkers there and this lineup would simply be too narrow for Lego. Over 2-3 years they might do it, but all in 12 months isn't happening sadly
FYI a turbo tank to scale with the 2022 at-te would be three feet long.
For ships I’d love to see separatist ships. For dioramas it would be cool to see one of each Jedi that fell in the movie eg Ki adi on Kamino, Aayla on Felucia, etc. Lego would likely never intentionally do death scenes of course but I think those are great tragic moments.
I just realised how long it has been since we last had a Dooku fig. They need to set aside a few sets over the next few years and update the basic sets. New Anakin and Dooku from the movie would hit hard
I'd love a Duel on Mustafaf or Palpatine's arrest diorama. Could also see myself enjoying a duel on Utapau play set with Grievous on his bike and Obi Wan and his lizard as a bigfig. UCS set for either a ARC 170, Obi wan's starfighter or Anakins Interceptor would also be cool.
I’m really keeping my expectations low cause we’re entirely uncertain what Lego’s plans are. So far, I’m just hoping for more Separatists stuff like a Vulture Droid and a Tri-Fighter.

6. A controversial idea. We all want a Duel on Mustafar set, but you know what we haven’t gotten? The J-Type Naboo Star Skiff. We got a Duel on Mustafar playset not too long ago, but we’ve never gotten this really unique ship ever. I think it would pair pretty well.
I have a lot more ideas, and some obvious ones like the Palpatine’s arrest diorama and the Duel on the Invisible Hand. There’s room for a General Grevious bike chase, V-Wings, Storming the Jedi Temple, etc. But I really like the Order 66 themes of the sets i have, paired with their unique Clones
OMG I would kill for a remake of Plo Koon’s Starfighter. And all of the yes to a new ARC-170. I had the first one when I was nine but it’s long gone now. So much nostalgia.
An ARC-170 and Plo Koon’s fighter would be awesome! I’ve been thinking a lot lately about making a MOC of Plo’s fighter at least and given Lego’s track record of not really doing much about movie anniversaries I’m not optimistic they will, but knowing my luck I’ll get it all done and then that’ll be the one ROTS set that they actually make

Each of the three sets could come with different minifigs, such that if you buy all 3 you'd get minifigs of all the characters present like Panaka, Queen Amidala, Jar Jar, etc.
Realistically I hope we get an ARC-170 and a Turbo Tank. And Obi-Wan's Interceptor. And perhaps Palpatine's arrest as a diorama. Although, for a diorama, it'll most likely be the Mustafar duel. If we don't get Acolyte sets or Andor sets (which I don't think we will, honestly, given we only had 1 Andor set and no sign of Acolyte sets coming), then we could get a jam-packed ROTS wave.
As much as I love ROTS, how much more anniversary sets do you want? There was the 20th anniversary, 25th anniversary, 40th anniversaries for the OT etc. just give a set or two that's themed around Ep 3. We don't need more anniversary branding.

10. Palpatines shuttle. It’s been over a decade since we got it and I think that’d look gorgeous with legos current building techniques
honestly, I want to see a remake of the buildable Grievous from 2008. I think the C-3PO set this year is fantastic and I think revisiting that with modern pieces would look great

Maybe the set that they were going to originally sell but they decide to cancel it the one that was about the galactic Marines and the Jedi that died during order 66 from those galactic Marines. I forget what the vehicle's name is but they were going to try to sell it but they just canceled it for no reason. So the fans have to be the ones to build it themselves.

I would love a generic p2 clone battle pack - something with 4 clones.
I love 501 and 332, but a good generic clone pack would be lovely for any army building aspirations.
Outside of that - V-19, Arc 170, a different colour Delta-7 that we have gotten - maybe even one with a hyperdrive wing (will never happen), Anakins green eta-2 that he took to Mustafar, or Padme’s J-327 that she took to Mustafar.

I mean, it’s already pretty heavily rumoured were getting a 20th anniversary ARC-170, so I’d assume it’s gonna be like the Phantom Menace 25th at the absolute worst and the clone wars 20th at the absolute best. I think were at the very least getting a midi Venator and a Mustafar or Palpatine’s Arrest diorama imo
What’s the source for the 20th anniversary ARC-170? I know there was a fake leak going around mid last year and same with a Z-95 headhunter but that’s all I’ve heard in regards to leaked clone fighters.
The only Jan 1st leaks I saw were just a bunch of set numbers attached to a price. Did you find this info on here?

January set list rumours out, and a $70 ARC-170 is part of that. Also a Jedi starfighter, but it’s a clone wars set seeing as it’s Ahsokas
