Oh yeah, that's first season The Office - you can tell by Carell's hair. First season was based much more closely on the UK original, down to adapting the same scripts. And it was WAY more cringey than the later seasons. They revamped the show for Americans after the first season drew massive hate. And did it very well, obviously. (And indeed part of that was remaking Michael physically, including changing his hairline.)
