The manticore is obviously from cities of Sigmar. The rider is from Khara’s Ravagers, the riders horns are from an undivided demon prince. The platform he is standing on is from the chaos, war shrine, and so is the decorative spiky collar on the back of the manticore neck. On the back of the chair, I wrapped it with the trophy rack from the demon Prince kit. Then I used a chain from the ogre stone horn bear trap and a mace end from the chaos chosen for the flail.
It’s actually not. That’s what I was planning on using but it didn’t work that well on the platform because that model is flat footed. The one I used has 1 foot up on a rock so it worked better for the platform.

I had the same idea but I bought Holga Clovenhorn to go on-top of the manticore. Do you think it would work with the original saddle? Haven't bought the model yet.
I was wondering if the saddle/plinth it comes with it big enough to sit a base on it, so you wouldn't need to stick a model on it and can just alternate Sorc or Lord as needed?
No, it wasn’t quite big enough. Unless you use a different Rider? It could be, but I had to use the platform from the chaos war shrine, to accommodate the stance of the model I chose.
