What does the interior look like? Is there professional electrical/ bed/ water setup? Because then it may be worth closer to 18K.
Kelley Blue Book says it's $9,000 - $11,000 (without rust though)
I'd be interested in $10-12k depending on what comes with it, but the interior is completely basic, so not even close to $18.5k. Let's be fair here...that engine will need a refresh/replace before long.

Also, I personally know 4 people who have replaced the T1N “unicorn” 💩 engine. This is the most overhyped, overpriced, hot garbage van imho.
there was 8 diffrent engines what engine do you mean?
If it was 100% rust free and in immaculate condition, but this one is not.
