I used to have a base where you did, when i got into the cliff thats when/why I moved.
The devs suck. They make a great game but they dont communicate and they don't fix massive exploits. WHY can you summon a golem in a cliff?
You can't summon golems on roads, right? Manually go to every cliff location and give everywhere you shouldnt be able to golem the same sort of tag you give roads. It should say 'out of bounds' when you attempt to summon it. Stop trying to get cute and stop the frog tree jump, just make it unsummonable on those areas. Its very simple.
the ability to spawn golems inside of mountains and bypass people's defenses is not a small glitch in a base defense game. The ability to pull bosses (and regular npc units) into your base for base defense is not a small glitch in a base defense game. You ever tried to raid vs 4 Terrah bosses and some wilfreds?
You can hide behind the idea of early access all you want, the game has launched. Its like when someone says something offensive then backs up with 'but i'm only joking'.
The way they behave in early access (and have behaved in previous titles - lack of updates and communication) is how they will behave during the life cycle of the game.
Lastly, you present a false choice. Like they can either develop the game OR fix glitches. Fixing glitches IS developing the game. fixing glitches doesn't mean they cant add content. And what does this have to do with their lack of communication?
As of now we've got neither glitch fixes NOR content so it begs the question what in the world have they been doing these past several months?

i totally agree, the devs saw the evidence and choose to ignore it. Players are constantly using exploits and to be honest it's killing the game.
