Once again, they screwed up one of my orders, so I went to both their twitter and Facebook pages, and there are so many hate comments and posts about service, pricing, and paltry refund amounts. The refunds don't cover the cost to order the item again for delivery, so they don't make you whole. Thinking that with everything opening back up and orders going down, and complaints going up, is that stock price valid long-term?
They don't have any assets really. Also their marketshare is shrinking. But they do have deals with a lot of companies. For example I think chase cardholders get a free 6 months 0 delivery fee or something? But I don't see how they can grow anymore past the pandemic. Tldr; kinda bearish but iunno.
Yeah, looking at the different factors, it seems that long-term, that stock is only gonna go down in price. Deals with other companies will only float them for so long, and I would think the tide is turning. Going public was a wise move for the owners and upper management, line their pockets with bonus money, and leave stockholders holding the bag when it finally fails.
