I finished some quests with Vanessa VanCleef in Stormwind and got a bunch of these with different color variants. Quest starts near Stormwind keep. Hope you finish them and get it and thank you!
If you have it the Legion artifact [Mage Tower appearance](https://www.wowhead.com/guide/legion/artifacts/aluneth-arcane-mage#screenshots:abc:18) for arcane mage might go pretty well with this. (I'm assuming you're a mage from the blue class text.)
I noticed right after posting from your other comment that you're new to the game. The one I mentioned was sadly only obtainable during Legion. Sorry if I got your hopes up too much! I'll see if I can find anything else to suggest.
I can't recall if there is a good hires staff model with an eagle but that would be an obvious choice for me. I feel like there is, I drift towards gold mogs on everyone lol
Only thing that I might change is the weapon.

I guess the only thing I'd change currently are the staff and belt. The leaves don't really fit with the theme of the other pieces of armor, even though the colors work great!

I'm very new to the game and I only play it for it's customization capabilities I feel are endless. It probably is basic in your veteran eyes, but if you have some recommendations to make it more unique I'd appreciate it since I really like the theme.

There is but it's really low res, and even if it thematically looks pretty good, it somewhat destroys the mog as a whole :(

Also the legion Artifact Weapons have some pretty sick models. Head to Legion Dalaran and you will see the quests in the mage tower(NW corner I think)
