I've used it just fine with remote play. I'd start with adjusting your controls. The defaults are a bit jerky and quick to react and definitely overreact, especially with remote play since you're adding latency. These settings smooth them out considerably.

Console stream both at home on my local network and at work over the Internet.
No control issues other than some lag when at work, and sadly too common break up and connection dropping.
But over the past year it has greatly improved.

All my other games work fine, but with cyberpunk the controls don’t work, for example, it doesn’t let me aim my gun.
