Gem-knights are cool and deserve another wave of support but I am not sure what you would give them. Personally I would like to see it developed as a midrange strategy as I don't think control or combo fit it well and the ftk was toxic in my opinion.
I want to see more invoked support as I love invoked as an engine.
Also I don't know if it counts but gladiator beast. Very fun strategy but I think it is hard at this point to give them support without being utterly useless or obscenely overpowering.
>Gem-knights are cool and deserve another wave of support but I am not sure what you would give them. Personally I would like to see if developed as a midrange strategy as I don't think control or combo fit it well and the ftk was toxic in my opinion.
Gem-Knight need interative effects.
In spanish you do refer to the despia as "the despias" since the "s" is never silent, and since shaddoll has many puppets in it it's correct to refer to them as "shaddolls" (shadow/shadows, doll/dolls), but shaddoll can be used anyway to refer to them as a whole since that's the name of their archetype. Complain when someone calls them shaddoll's or shadolls'.
Ritual Beast is my answer too. I picked it up back when they were fairly new, and I've played off and on since then. The new support they got is insane too, I can't tell you how excited I am to see Ritual Beast get a 1 card combo
Predaplant is a super cool deck! The esthetic of these Plants is creepy and menacing and I like how they are considered "a home" for Super Polymerization. Again, this connects to the lore where Super Poly was Yuri's second trump card. (Speaking of Yuri, he's probably the only good Arc-V villain, so that adds bonus points)
Branded as I play it in master duel and like the lore.
Dinomorphia because Kentregina and I'd like a Trap deck.
Dual Avatar cause I like the aesthetics, and hope it gets an amazing wave of support.
witchcrafter's. even though they are lacking still, they're so fun to play. plus they have the cutest designs. i still need to add cards that'll make them broken though lol
i do want to also get into dragonmaid also tbh
Amazoness and Witchcrafter!
I haven't played Lunalight enough, but I tried the loaner in the fusion/xyz event in Master Duel and loved it. I need to build the deck. I'm interested in trying Ritual Beasts and Dual Avatar as well.
I'm a sucker for the Branded deck. Albaz and bros are just a trippy deck. Love playing it pure with as many different Albaz cards as I can to make it almost an anime/character deck.
Always fun drawing a random new card and thinking how it'd improve your game state
I've never played competitively, and I haven't played for a while, but the most fun I've ever had with fusions has been with Glad Beasts and with Invoked (which I know is more like an engine as Invoked can't be played by itself)
Are Gem Knights fun? I've been looking to put together another pure archetype deck to go with my Beetroopers and Earthbound Immortals. I was also looking at Evilswarm
Eldlich....
Yes I know people play Eldlich stun but I genuinely enjoy playing Eldlich World (Zombie World+ Eldlich) the engines fit way toi well and Mad is the best beatstick/stealer while Doomking is the best boss
Don't see it enough but i love ABCs, i don't have the deck but i've seen the playstyle and i quite like how abc buster negates, then splits into it's components and recycles
My favorite fusion based deck is Branded! I love the lore and I love the fact that you can blend it with a lot of other things(especially light or dark fusion based archetypes).
My second favorite fusion based deck is Heroes! Heroes was the first deck my wife ever built me to teach me Yu-Gi-Oh. I really like Destiny Heroes the best and my Hero deck mainly uses Destiny Hero stuff.
Right now I’m digging Gate Guardian, but I loved the XYZ archetype. I was always a fan of Super Sentai mecha and VWXYZ scratched that itch for me before Super Quant was introduced.
branded, without a doubt. i’m mostly biased because it was the structure deck that i picked up when i got back into the game, and over time i’ve found it’s actually quite flexible; adding bystials, or even red eyes dragoon for example
It's got to be Dragonmaid for me. It was my first actual good deck in Master Duel. Though it desperately needs some missing support. The deck feels incomplete.
My second favourite is maybe Thunder Dragon. I feel like it needs another Fusion monster or two to give it some more.
Fluffal and Frightfur is my favorite since I just live the theme of evil toys on the march. As a close second I like Branded/Despia because they also look pretty edgy but in a different way.
Shaddolls have a cool as hell look and fit with one of my favorite types of fusion based decks ("Monster from the archetype + a random attribute monster")
Red-Eyes, ABCXYZ, Cyber Dragons, Heroes, Shaddol, Frightfur, and Branded.
Always Been very fond of the Timaeus and Critias Fusion Cards. Even if they aren't the best cards they look amazing.
Overall, Branded. I’m a fan of multi-form Monsters and I kinda ship Ecclesia X Albaz.
Mechanics-wise, Predator Plants (also cool aesthetics, tho). The disruption and yoinking is fun.
Aesthetics-wise…Tearalaments (toxicness-aside, I also like their gameplay) and Cyberdark (Gyo, but less horror, more edge).
Shaddoll. At first, it looks like it’s just another one of those decks that would do so little, but then in reality it just keeps on going and going. I love how versatile and resilient it is.
I saw this really weird deck with a load of random but good ed monsters, he'd use stuff like "hex sealed" cards and summon monsters with vague requirements like starving venom dragon, it was a really cool deck
Gem-knights are cool and deserve another wave of support but I am not sure what you would give them. Personally I would like to see it developed as a midrange strategy as I don't think control or combo fit it well and the ftk was toxic in my opinion. One day they will ban lapis lazuli copium
Predaplants
Based
My top three would probably be: Branded, Lunalight and Dragonmaid.
Shaddoll!
shaddoll best deck winda shits on decks 10 years later
Either Shaddolls because I love the puppet design and versatility or Lunalights because multi attack go brrrr
[удалено]
Can you maybe share deck recipe?
"Oh no, someone made a minor spelling mistake! I need to get into action and act as obnoxious as possible!"
Shaddolls is a great deck
In spanish you do refer to the despia as "the despias" since the "s" is never silent, and since shaddoll has many puppets in it it's correct to refer to them as "shaddolls" (shadow/shadows, doll/dolls), but shaddoll can be used anyway to refer to them as a whole since that's the name of their archetype. Ritual Beast were so much fun!
Ritual Beast is my answer too. I picked it up back when they were fairly new, and I've played off and on since then. The new support they got is insane too, I can't tell you how excited I am to see Ritual Beast get a 1 card combo
Also known as Windfernity, apparently
Predaplant is a super cool deck! The esthetic of these Plants is creepy and menacing and I like how they are considered "a home" for Super Polymerization. Again, this connects to the lore where Super Poly was Yuri's second trump card. (Speaking of Yuri, he's probably the only good Arc-V villain, so that adds bonus points)
I find it funny that he basically got what he wanted even though he lost to Yuya. He was a Chad villain indeed.
Tearlements best deck
Where are my gladiator beast players?
Branded as I play it in master duel and like the lore. Dinomorphia because Kentregina and I'd like a Trap deck. Dual Avatar cause I like the aesthetics, and hope it gets an amazing wave of support.
witchcrafter's. even though they are lacking still, they're so fun to play. plus they have the cutest designs. i still need to add cards that'll make them broken though lol i do want to also get into dragonmaid also tbh
Fluffals because of Sora Then branded despia
Hero’s all the way
Mine would be dinomorphia & myutant both have great fusion trap cards & myutants actually have a decent fusion spell although I only run 1 of it
Predaplants.
https://preview.redd.it/s6ozcdpwuw1c1.jpeg?width=421&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=60b0bfee8e3d198a2033c4fa0715580ec2dd260b
Dragonmaid are fun. But there is an argument that crystal beast is a fusion deck, so crystal beast.
HERO... I've almost never found any fusion deck that interesting
*loud correct buzzer*
Think mine would be HEROs frightfur and ninja’s if you count that.
Always fun drawing a random new card and thinking how it'd improve your game state
Fuckin dinomorphia!
Cyberdarks. They make the edgy kid in me happy and its fun as heck to smack people in the face for 5k !!
Sumon with powerbond and make that 10k
Can we have kitkalos to one. It can be limited just like all the other names. Yugioh can be fun again.
Lunalight.
LUNALIGHTS ROCK SO HARD 🔥🔥🔥
Tearlaments. I do not wish my opponent to play the game. I also want to flex on them by playing more cards on their turn than they do.
chimera
I just bought the cards for this! I’m so exited to try it out
I really like Invoked and I wish they would get some more support.
DDD Just kidding but for real i know it's boring but HEROes (or fluffal and metalfoes)
Metalfoes is such a fun deck imo, I love the way everything recycles in the deck and it feels super unique.
Ritual Beasts will always have a place in my heart. I love them so much. I cant wait for the new support.
No Metalfoes love??
Lunalights were my first real deck so I'll always have a soft spot for them. Also Metalfoes
Love me some Amazoness. They could use some love though
Ritual Beast, cute af.
I've never played competitively, and I haven't played for a while, but the most fun I've ever had with fusions has been with Glad Beasts and with Invoked (which I know is more like an engine as Invoked can't be played by itself)
The top 3 would be: Branded Fluffal Dragonmaid But I also like gem knight and Lunalight as decks.
Dracoslayer :)
Gladiator beasts
Tearlaments, Shaddolls, Lunalights
Tearlament my beloved. I like HERO a lot as well but Tear is one of the 2 decks I absolutely love
Chimera love the old design
Thank you! Tiaraments strongest
Ojamas. Enough said.
I have three , Lunalight , Flufall and melodious
Elemental Heroes, Frightfur and Predaplant.
Tiaraments strongest
Ojama
I’ve always like Melodious. A lot of the Arc-V decks are fun casual decks
Frightfur because giving children nightmares sounds fun
Gem knights are the only fusion deck I’ve really played
I don't play fusions that often but Ancient Gear is a riot Give me more big bonk mechs please
Frightfur, Masked Heroes, Ritual Beasts, and Shaddolls are some of my favorites.
Does lair of darkness Super poly count? If not I have to go with branded
As long as we’re extremely generous with the definition of “fusion-based” then I’d say cubics!
Fluffal OTK used to be my absolute favorite.
Predaplants. Pure, fully vicious and voracious, Predaplants
Don't see it enough but i love ABCs, i don't have the deck but i've seen the playstyle and i quite like how abc buster negates, then splits into it's components and recycles
Gem knights, Heroes (mostly the elementals), neo-spacian and predaplants
Well. Aromage now. We are a fusion deck now
Cyber dragons evil hero's fossils these are my top ones
Heroes too, along with nostalgia, I just love their designs.
Star warriors, if you can even call them a deck
DDD, Plunder and Vaylantz. I dont like actual fusion archtypes very much
Cyber Dragon, Fossil, predaplant and gem knight
Predaplant is kinda fun, fusion is my 3rd lowest summoning type (tribute and pendulum)
Definetly cyberdark. Allways liked cyberdragon and cyverdark has so many different playstyls
Ancient gear my beloved
Shaddoll
Heroes will always be #1 but I did build a death toy deck in master duel that i should play more and figure out what works and what doesn’t.
Blue eyes ultimate dragon, dragon master knight, 5 headed dragon. Works great with dragons mirror.
Magnet Warrior, Please Konami please, give this fusion deck an easier access to their fusion boss.
Gem-Knight
Branded, Predaplants, Lunalight
Fossil! Let's go bone dino!
Dinomorphia! Dinos and Waifus, it cant get any better then this!
Right now I’m digging Gate Guardian, but I loved the XYZ archetype. I was always a fan of Super Sentai mecha and VWXYZ scratched that itch for me before Super Quant was introduced.
Frightfur, without a doubt! It's an amazing rogue deck with awesome flavor!
Ancient Gear
Let go for heroes!
branded and ABC
Shaddoll, always loved how they utilised flip effects
Branded, Preda, Despias, Frightfur and Lunalight
Elemental hero Neos
Branded
branded, without a doubt. i’m mostly biased because it was the structure deck that i picked up when i got back into the game, and over time i’ve found it’s actually quite flexible; adding bystials, or even red eyes dragoon for example
It's got to be Dragonmaid for me. It was my first actual good deck in Master Duel. Though it desperately needs some missing support. The deck feels incomplete. My second favourite is maybe Thunder Dragon. I feel like it needs another Fusion monster or two to give it some more.
Definitely Gem-Knights. Not a fan of them as an ftk deck but as a beatdown toolbox that can soften up the opponent with Lapis, as a treat
Hero is my favorite deck in general, other fusion decks i like are Predaplant, Dark Magician, Gate Guardian (yes it counts), and Shaddoll
shaddoll !!!!
I loooooooooooove ABC/XYZ. Just kinda wish it got some new monster/support
Fluffal till I D I E gimme some goddamn support Konami
(What if it was a link 4 that takes 4 fusion monsters with some ABSURD effect)
I don’t know if it counts but I have a soft spot for Myutants
HEROes
Gaia. It’s ass but fun
Predaplants, Lunalights, and Gem-Knights
Fluffal and Frightfur is my favorite since I just live the theme of evil toys on the march. As a close second I like Branded/Despia because they also look pretty edgy but in a different way.
Cyberdark, easy. Fun stuff
Cyber Dragons including Chimeratechs
Gem-Knight and Gaia.
Shaddolls will always have my heart
I don't really know why, but I just love destiny heros.
Shaddoll
Cyber Dragons for sure. I've never played Fluffal but they look really fun as well. Not sure if we count Glad Beasts and ABC but I love those too.
Gem-knights, gladiator beasts (the summoning mechanic is still called fusion), and dragonmaid
ANCIENT GEARS
Gladiator Beasts. Who needs fusion spells amirite?
Dark world/eldlich
Based, Based, Based, death by infinite fire
Shaddoll support when
Shaddolls have a cool as hell look and fit with one of my favorite types of fusion based decks ("Monster from the archetype + a random attribute monster")
Branded, it’s actually really fun and I love the lore
Chimera
Dinomorphia. Please for the love of God Konami, give us one more main deck monster lol
Ojama, OP cards, with fair restrictions
Gladiator beast for being a weird fusion deck
Summoned Skull. It’s also my favorite Synchro, XYZ, and Ritual deck, as well.
Cyber Dragon/Cyberdarks!!!!!
HERO, Tear and Ritual Beast
cydra
Dragonmaid and Shadoll variations
ninja, cyberdark, ritual beast vaylantz and crystal beast if you consider them fusion-based decks
Another fluffal enjoyer, that's what's up
dinomorphia is a ton of fun! the LP gimmick is exhilarating and the monsters all look badass. hope we get some more lore for them
Did fusions get rid of the polymyrization need?
Dark World 🤓
Heroes and Amazoness
Darcklord, but that deck needs a bit more
I recently found the gate guardians fusions and they are sick, my favorite with gem-knights being my second favorite.
Dragonmaid, tear, and albaz
shaddoll and invoked.
Dual Avatar, NEOS (I know that's kind of a basic answer), and I wish Gladiator Beast would get some more support :(
Gladiator Beast were great but Frightfur is probably my favorite
Cyber dragon
Hero’s all the way
Eldlich.
Red-Eyes, ABCXYZ, Cyber Dragons, Heroes, Shaddol, Frightfur, and Branded. Always Been very fond of the Timaeus and Critias Fusion Cards. Even if they aren't the best cards they look amazing.
E-HERO. Always. hm: A-to-Z
I love a lot of the fusion theme decks in the game. But I’m gonna have to go with Heroes. 🔥
Pure branded. Shaddoll is a close second (too bad pure Shaddoll is unplayable)
Gladiator Beasts, Masked/Elemental Hero and Evil Hero
Gladiator Beasts, Masked/Elemental Hero and Evil Hero
Ritual Beast (mechanic and Lara best waifu) and Predaplants (design overall)
Definitely branded. The non targeting banish is just too strong AND you get to use it twice. Talk about cool.
Gladiator Beast.
Shaddoll. At first, it looks like it’s just another one of those decks that would do so little, but then in reality it just keeps on going and going. I love how versatile and resilient it is.
Fluffal 😍😍 I’ve always loved the cute but messed up
I saw this really weird deck with a load of random but good ed monsters, he'd use stuff like "hex sealed" cards and summon monsters with vague requirements like starving venom dragon, it was a really cool deck
Heroes are great and balance
Cyberdarks are my favorite and I want to say that again not cyber dragon Cyberdark
Heroes, im a gx enjoyer
People ways bring up melffys and purrley as cutest decks but the fluffals have to be up there too.
Frightfurs ! I love them so much but they need support soon same with Melodious
