Serious answer, Konami doesn't like mixing archetypes that have zero correlations with each other. Especially anime original archetypes with anything that's not from the animes.

- Borrelcode Dragon is the Topologic counterpart to Borreload Dragon, both series used by Revolver (Code is part of the common attack names for the Topologic monsters).
- Rokket Coder is a combination of Varis' Rokkets and Yusaku's Code Talkers.
- Decode Talker Heatsoul is a combination of Yusaku's Decode Talker and Soulburner's Salamangreat Heatleo (its Japanese attack name is Heat Soul)
- Performapal and Odd-Eyes are both archetypes used by Yuya.
Dragoon is basically a retrain of Dark Flare Knight
Borellcode and Rokket Coder were references to Yusaku and Varis' rivalry
Heatsoul is likewise one one to Soulburner and Playmaker's friendship (and that they are Ignis decks)
and Yuya uses both Performapals and Odd-eyes in the same deck, its either that or have an even more inconsistent deck :P
They all have massive correlations with each other.
Dragoon: DM is Yami's ace, Red Eyes is Joey's. They're best friends, Dragoon is their friendship in monster form.

Nekroz and Albaz are card storylines. They're connected because they are apart of the same inter connected universe. The card art and effect tells a story between those archetypes which is why they're paired together.
The only time I can think of where Konami randomly mashed two previously unrelated archetypes together is Ursarctic and Drytron. But again, that's the exception and not the norm.
Yeah but thematic relationship has never amounted to anything before Drytron and Ursarctic, and unlike all other shared universes, cards that depict them to be connected didn't come until much later, they're still outliers.
Ursarctic and Drytron were released in consecutive deck build packs, and share a specific theme (space mecha animals), so it’s highly likely that they were designed as a pair to begin with. Konami just waited for a while before releasing the cards that bridges the 2 archetypes.
Nekroz is all ritual monsters of already existing monsters and Albaz is attached to so many archetypes. Swordsoul, Despia, Tri Brigade, the other decks that are escaping me lol.

You aren't getting the point. Konami has made lores that connect various archetypes together. Either by card art, card text (rarely), manga (just for sky striker), or other material like VBEX.
There is no such connecting lore for BEWD and Dragonmaid, and there won't ever be one either since BEWD is a legacy archetype and they want to keep it that way.
Could they do so? Sure. But they have rules for how archetypes crossover and they probably won't break them.
Simply both being dragons isn't enough, it has to be a lore connection
What I meant by them being dragons is that they aren't intrinsically tied to a time in lore because their race would naturally progress over time. Unless we want to say BEWD went extinct, some form of their kind would've made it to the point of the Dragonmaids story.
Though if they want to limit themselves in one dimension than I wont argue on that front.
The issue isn't that they exist in a different time period. The issue is that they aren't even in the same story at all. BEWD isn't canon to the world of Dragonmaids

I’m 99% sure it was intentional. Same hairstyle, similar hair tie, scar over eye, skin tone, etc. She has white hair and blue eyes normally so it was a pretty easy correlation for fan art inspiration.

Seems like it would be a decent card, however I disagree that Blue Eyes has trouble getting on the field most of the time the deck can at least summon a level 8 like vanilla, jet, alt or dragon spirit and also some kind of support. The deck is pretty consistent with melody, trade in and dictator. The problem is blue eyes is outed to easily, not that it's hard to get out. Still a cool card though.

Rather than struggle to get blue eyes why don't you just use slime cards there's one slime card that every main phase you summon two slime tokens first turn that's 3 monsters second turn you got a blue eyes that's what I do in my Egyptian god deck easy blue eyes summon lol

Maybe make her the opposite of the first image's Blue Eyes Maid, or better yet, change the second one's blue eyed maid to fit Red Eye's design/archetype. She could be made to look more badass/serious than the Blue Eyed Maid so that they're, well, opposites (I know shocker, especially right after I just said it, lol).
